What is it: Cisco is announcing the Cisco Webex COVID-19 Surplus Usage Waiver Period for Webex Meetings subscriptions on CCE and Annuity for EnterpriseAgreement, Active User, and Named User buying models. The initial Cisco Webex COVID-19 Surplus Usage Waiver Period is February 1, 2020 through May 31,2020. The waiver period is Cisco at its sole discretion may decide to extend the Cisco Webex COVID-19 Surplus Usage Waiver Period beyond May 31, 2020.
Customers with per minute or usage based Webex Audio plans will be billed normally. Encourage customers with per minute or usage based audio plans toleverage in-app VoIP and Webex Edge where possible.
• For an Enterprise Agreement (EA), Cisco will allow an additional 20% knowledge Workers to be provisioned for Webex Meetings, Events, Training, Support and Teams.
