Foreword
Dear User, in this Guide, You can find detailed information about the functioning and use of the application Mobias Token for Business Internet Banking Service (BIB Service). The Mobias Token Application represents the installed Soft Token on the digital device of the User, which generates One Time
Passwords (OTP) for access and authorization. Their generation algorithm guarantees the unique character of the One Time Passwords. The Mobias Token Application with an unique serial number, can be assigned only to one Authorized User, which
allows his/her identification into the BIB.Service. The Mobias Token Application of the CB “Mobiasbanca – Groupe Societe Generale” SA can be used only for Business Internet Banking Service.
General rules of security and use
In order to assure the high level of security of the Mobias Token Application, you shall follow the next rules of use: - For the use of the Mobias Token Application, it is necessary to set up the PIN Code composed of 4 alphanumeric
characters, which will be used at every login. - Do not hand over the portable device and the PIN Code of the application to third parties.
- Do not write/save the PIN Code on a paper support, on the internal storage of the device where the application was installed, or on the cover of the portable device, etc.
- Use complex blocking settings of the device on which the Mobias Token Application was installed, i.e. setting a minimal blocking time, use of the passwords or other blocking methods.
- Do not install applications of unknown origin on the device where the Mobias Token was installed. - If you use the device, on which you installed the application, use secure (Wi Fi) sources in order to access to the internet
network.
- Install secure applications on the device on which the Mobias Token Application was installed. - Do not install the Mobias Token Application on a rooted device – a device that allows user to have access permission to
operational subsystems.
Downloading of the Mobias Token application
If you are registered as an Authorised User, with the access type soft Token - it is necessary to download and install the Mobias Token application on your mobile device. Actions:
1. Depending on the operating system of you mobile device, access the following Internet portal:

2. Fiind the Mobias Token aplication (Icon) into the mentioned portals.(Img.1)
Attention! Application can be downloaded and used from devices which meet the following technical conditions:
Operating system: Android 4.1. (and higher) iOS 8.0. (and higher)
Camera.
Geolocation.
3. Install the Mobias Token application on your mobile device.

Activation of the Mobias Token application
In order to use the Mobias Token Application, it is necessary to set up the person from the Subscriber Structure of the BIB Service as an authorized User with the access type – Token Application. During the setting up process of the User, a message containing the generated user code by the BIB service, will be sent on the indicated phone number.
Actions:
1. Log in on the Business Internet Banking Service page - business.mobiasbanca.md. (Img. 2)
2. Click the link „Soft Token”.
Image 2 3. In the window appeared enter the User Code
received on email and press the “Submit” button.

password on the email. You should check the email
Attention! The Soft Token activation password is valid only 5 minutes from the reception on the email.

5. Enter the Soft Token activation password in the indicated field of the service (on the computer/laptop, etc.) and press the “Next”
button; (Img. 4).

6. Enter the Mobias Token application, installed on the portable device.
7. Select the scan image menu from the application “Scan image for activation”.

8. Scan the first image generated by the service. (Img. 6)
9. In accordance with the scanned image, the application will generate the Device Code (Img.7)
10. Enter in the field of the service page the generated Device Code. (Img. 7) Press the “Submit” button.

11. The application will generate the second image 12. Press the button “Scan the second image”,
from the application. Scan the second image
generated by the service. (Img. 8).

13. The application will request the setting of the PIN Code (Img. 9)
14. Set the PIN Code, containing the 4 alphanumeric
characters. 15. Re-enter the PIN Code. Press the “OK” button
(Img. 9). 16. The application will generate the One Time
password (OTP), containing 6 figures. (Img. 10). 17. Enter this password in the “One Time password
(OTP)” field of the service page and press the “Submit” button. (Img. 8).
Note! When setting the PIN Code, use random letters and numbers (not consecutive ones). If the chosen PIN Code will contain identical consecutive numbers and letters - the application will warn the user.

18. The Mobias Token Application is ready to use. Press the Login button, in order to access the service page. (Img. 11)

Generation of One Time Password (OTP) for login
The access to the BIB service can be possible only using the One Time Password (OTP) generated by the Mobias Token Application. Actions:
1. Open the Mobias Token Application. Select the “Login” option. (Img 12)
2. Enter the PIN Code set up earlier and press the “OK” button (Img 12)
3. The application will generate the One Time Password (OTP) for login (Img 12)
Note! Any One Time Password (OTP) generated by Mobias Token application will be valid during 60 secconds from the generation. The Remaining
validity time of the OTP is reflected on the bottom of the screen by a horizontal scrolling line.

Generation of One Time Password (OTP) for authorization Within the BIB Service use, the Authorized Users with signature rights will need One Time Password (OTP), in order to authorize the operations. Actions:
1. Open the Mobias Token Application. 2. Select the option:
- “Authorization – Numeric Code” for the entering of the identificator code from the authorization page of the transfer/instruction/etc (Img. 12).
- Or “Authorization – QR Code” – to scan the QR Code from the authorization page
of the transfer/instruction/etc (Img 13).

3. Based on selected options: enter manually identificator’s numeric code into the Mobias Token application,or scan the QR Code (Img. 14).
4. Enter the PIN Code and press the OK button

5. Application will generate the one time password (OTP) for authorization. (Img. 15).

Blocking of the Mobias Token application
The blocking of the Mobias Token Application can be done:
- Involuntary: In case of five consecutive times of PIN code wrong entering - the Mobias Token Application will block automatically. At each
entering of the wrong PIN code, the Mobias Token Application will display the following message – „The validation of the PIN code failed. Tries remaining: X”, where X, is the number of the remaining attempts. To repeat the entering of the PIN code – touch the screen on every part of its surface. On 5th
wrong entering attempt, application will display the „0” (zero) remaining attempts.

- At the User request:
In case of necessity to block certain Mobias Token Application, will be necessary to contact the BIB.Support service, and
to present all required information by service operator.

Unblocking of the Mobias Token application
- In case of involuntary blocking: After the 5th attempt of PIN code wrong entering,application Mobias Token will generate wrong one time passwords. To
unblock it, is necessary to: 1. To quit the Mobias Token application; 2. To sign in repeatedly and enter the correct PIN code.
In case you forgot the PIN code, it is necessary that the Subscriber Administrator to contact the BIB.Support service.
- In case of User’s blocking request:: The unblocking of the Mobias Token Application can be requested at the BIB.Support service and only by the Subscriber Administrator. Before unblock requesting, make sure that you have all the information about the Authorized User, whose Soft Token will be unblocked and the identification password held by the Administrator.
Synchronization of the Mobias Token application
Within the use of the Mobias Token Application, it can occur that the Business Internet Banking Service does not accept the generated One Time Password (OTP) for login or authorization. This means the desynchronization of the Mobias Token
Application – the difference between the application’s time parameters and those of the Business Internet Banking Service. In order to use it, the Mobias Token application needs to be synchronized.
Actions:
1. Enter the menu “Settings” / “Offline time synchronization” (Img. 17)
2. In the appeared window, indicate/correct the Hour/Date of the server (if it is the case). The server hour has to be set up as GMT+0
(Greenwich Mean Time) 3. Press the “OK” button.
Note! In the settings of the mobile devices,
specially mobile phones, the time data are set by default, based on the mobile operator data and do not need to be reset.

Change of the PIN Code of the Mobias Token application Within the use of the Mobias Token Application, the necessity of changing the previously set up PIN Code of the Token Application can occur. Actions:
1. Enter the menu “Settings” / ”Change PIN Code”; (Img. 18 )
2. In the appeared window, enter the current PIN Code, the new PIN Code, and confirm it
by repeated entering. 3. Press the “OK” button. Make sure the PIN
Code has been changed successfully – try to generate an One Time Password (OTP) and enter it into the BIB Service.
Note! When setting up the PIN Code, use random numbers and letters (not consecutive and/or identical).

Loss or theft of the portable device on which the Mobias Token application was installed.
- Keep the portable device on which the Token Application was installed in maximum security and inaccessibility for third
parties. - If the loss or theft of the portable device occurred, contact immediately the BIB.Support service.
- Download the Mobias Token Application on another portable device. The Subscriber Administrator should request the unblocking of the previously blocked user. Repeat the activation actions described above.
Attention! When downloading repeatedly the Mobias Token Application, the previous settings are not saved. Resume the activation and
setting process described above.

If doubtful situations, referring the use of the application Mobias Token, occur and are not mentioned in the current Guide or in case of security compromise of the Mobias Token application – request the support of the BIB.Support service.
