DIRECT ALLOCATION IN ROLE AND TEAM IN EXPA
AIESEC YOUNG PERSON
START OF TXP!
Can I allocate members directly in roles now? No, for member allocation you will need to create the team and positions, and the member - if chosen before - will need to apply through OP to be matched
to the position.
Can candidates apply to more than 1 position in different teams, LC’s or entities?
Yes, interested people with OP profiles will be able to apply to as many opportunities as they are interested in.
What if I select a candidate for another position they have not applied to? You will need to ask the candidate to find the position in the OP and apply to it.
Is it possible for a candidate to not accept a position? Yes, they will receive the Acceptance Note. If they don’t agree with the
position offered or change their minds, they can reject and you can match another candidate.
What if something is not working as this flow shows? Because of such a big change in the system, it is possible there are some new
bugs. Please report them [email protected]
