Be sure of date and time of conference
Stand alone microphone◦ For 1 at a time speakers
Camera or a tripod for large groups◦ Long cable to connect to the computer◦ Sole responsibility of the camera holder
Dry Run◦ Practice connecting and working in actual space◦ Have a backup plan should connections fail
