Address Book (from iTunes for Windows) Open Microsoft Outlook. Click Contacts. Select one of your contacts that you want to add to
your iPod. On the File menu, click Save As. In the resulting window, click My Computer. Double-click the iPod disk icon. Double-click Contacts to open the folder. Choose vCard files (*.vcf) from the Save as type
menu at the bottom of the window. Click Save.
Using your iPod as a storage
Calendar (from iTunes for Windows) Open Microsoft Outlook. Click Calendars. Select the calendar that contains the events that you want on
your iPod. Click an event that you want to put on your iPod. On the File menu, click Save As. In the resulting window, click My Computer. Double-click the iPod disk icon. Double-click Calendars to open the folder. Choose iCalendar files (*.ics) from the Save as type menu at
the bottom of the window. Click Save. Repeat steps 4 through 10 for all calendar events that you
want on your iPod.
