USSSA MANAGER/TEAM CREATION HELP New Manager Creation / Manager Login Navigate to www.usssa.com. Click on the Log in / Log out button
If you already have a manager User ID and Password enter that in, select your sport, and click Enter. If you don’t currently have a manager User ID and Password, click the link to create an ID
Enter in your information and create a password, and then click Submit
Once you click on Submit, you will get a verification at the bottom of the screen with your LOGIN ID. Click on the link to login
Enter in your User ID, Password, and select your sport, then click Enter
This will take you to your Team Management page. From here you can Register/Create a team, Add or Remove Players from your team, and Update Your Account information.
New Team Creation Click on the Register/Create Team button. This will take you to the Register/Create Team page. Select your Registration Season, enter in your Team Name, Team Location, and select your Sport and Class Requested (final class assigned will be determined by the state director after roster review), then click Submit New Team
This will take you to the Online Payment screen. Enter in your payment information and click Submit Payment. Once payment is submitted, you will receive your Team Registration Number
Adding Players To Your Team Roster From the Team Management page, highlight your desired team, select the Roster Adds and Updates radial button, and then click on Submit
Read through the USSSA Roster Manager Affidavit and then click on I Agree
On the Team Roster page, under Add Player, type in the Player Name and Player Birthdate and then click on Add Player
That will take you to the Additional Player Information screen. Ensure you enter in both the player’s Email Address and Mobile Phone. This information is required for the player to accept the waiver and acknowledge they are on your team, then click Submit
If this player has not previously been registered in the USSSA system, you will receive the following message. Please email the player’s information, including email and phone number to either [email protected] or [email protected] and we will enter the player in for you
Once the player is added into the system, they will receive a text message with a verification code and an email that they were added to a team. From the email, click on the Click here to proceed link
This will take you to the Validation page. Enter the validation code from the text message and click Validate
You will be asked to verify if this is you. If your name is correct click Yes
You will then be asked to verify that the team adding you to their roster is correct. If correct, click Yes. Either option will take you to the USSSA login screen to login or create a USSSA account, or if you already have an account it will take you to the player management page
Enter in your Email Address, create a Password, and then click Enter
You will then be asked to update any additional information on your Player Profile. Fill in any missing fields, and then click Update Profile
Once your profile is updated, you will be taken to the Waiver Agreement page. Read through the waiver, type in your Name, check the Wavier box, and then click Accept & Sign
Once you have accepted the waiver, you will be taken to your Player Management page, where you can update or change any additional information. Once you reach the Player Management page, you will be active on the team’s roster and eligible to play
