    Board Positions 2 Terms

    General Duties A minimum of 3 hours at the kiosk as a Shift Lead

    Required office hours

    Attend weekly general and officer meetings

    Pick up any slack. For example- extra events,extra kiosk hours, helping out fellow officers

    Must possess patience, love, and passion

    Be committed to the end of chronic persistenthunger and abject poverty

    President

    Responsible for both member and officermeetings, send out an agenda to fellow officers

    Nurture relationships with all UVM, Sodexho,

    FGWorld, Davis Center and community partners. Prepare members to be socially responsible FG

    leaders. Education about FG, THP, etc. Must beACCESSIBLE.

    Check in with all other officers and members, be aresource

    Micro-manager for FG related issues

    Vice President Responsible for any computer communications,

    most importantly the FG listserv.

    In charge of scheduling weekly shifts at the kiosk

    Should be prepared to step into the role ofPresident at any time

    Represent FeelGood through exchanges withmembers, partners, and officers in a manner that

    is both friendly and accepting A source of knowledge and communication for all

    officers and members.

    Deli Manager In the coming academic year there will be Co-Deli

    Managers. Both Deli Managers must be able to dothe following:

    Must be able to effectively communicate withother FeelGood members and donors as well aspursuing new donors

    Coordinate pick-ups of cheese, produce, andbreads (delegate)

    Develop meaningful relationships with our donors Keep track of food use Set up prep twice a week

    Treasurer Twice weekly deposits of money raised at kiosk

    Weekly reports to FeelGood World

    Revising and renewing the budget for UVMFeelGood

    Manage monetary expenditures made by UVMFeelGood

    Acquisition of checks and or purchase orders forfood and supplies

    Acquisition of payments for partners

    Secretary

    Attend and take notes at both generalmeetings and officer meetings

    Write thank you notes Be a support to other officers/take

    initiative on new projects

    Public Relations Chair Develop strategic marketing campaigns

    Educational marketing campaigns, catering

    campaigns Keeping the FeelGood word alive via

    banners, table tents, fliers, etc.

    Maintenance of UVM FeelGood website

    Historian Develop a history of UVM FeelGood

    Keep track ofeverything. (donor history,

    UVM alumni network, past events- success,officer positions, relations with Sodexho,Davis Center, etc., maintaining a list ofcontacts for clubs, community groups and

    individuals.

    Fundraising ChairTake initiative to fundraise for extra events

    such as The Hunger Summit and Jammn

    SO IMPORTANT.

    Community Outreach Chair Create connections with organizations and

    individuals outside of UVM

    Outreach education in schools Restaurant program

    Coordinating downtown events- coffee

    shops, bars Maintaining partnerships-ie. Rotary Club
