Life decisions do need consistency. The chances I’m taking and every move I
make might shake my faith sometimes. Because there will always going to be
another mountain, I’m always gonna wanna to make it move. Always going to be

ABSTRAK
Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Active Learning dengan Media Kartu
Domino dilaksanakan atas dasar permasalahan yang ada pada Motivasi dan
Aktivitas Belajar Akuntansi yang belum maksimal dan perlu ditingkatkan pada
kelas X AK3 SMKN 1 Bantul tahun akademik 2014.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan
dalam dua siklus dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas X AK 3 SMKN 1 Bantul
tahun akademik 2014 yang terdiri dari 33 siswa. Setiap satu siklus tindakan
terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi.
Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, angket dan
catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data
deskriptif kuantitatif dengan presentase dan deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan peningkatan pada
presentase skor motivasi dan aktivitas belajar akuntansi.Presentase peningkatan
motivasi belajar akuntansi yang dicapai sebesar 8,55% dari pencapaian sebesar
78,83% pada siklus I dan meningkat sebesar 87,38% pada siklus II. Presentase
peningkatan aktivitas belajar akuntansi yang dicapai sebesar 7,53% dari 79,86%
pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 87,38% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan
presentasesecara individu pada motivasi belajar siswa, peningkatan yangdicapai
sebesar 8,86% dari pencapaian 78,46% pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi
87,32% pada siklus II. Peningkatan presentase secara individu pada aktivitas
belajar siswa dicapai sebesar 7,41% dengan pencapaian 80,17% pada siklus I
meningkat menjadi 87,58% pada siklus II. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa
implementasi model pembelajaran Active Learing berbantu media Kartu Domino
dapat meiningkatkan motivasi dan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas X AK 3 SMKN 1
Bantul tahun pelajaran 2014.

ABSTRACT
The implementation of Active Learning Model using Domino Card
Learning Media is conducted based on the problem occur in Students’ Learning
Motivation and Students’ Learning Activity that needed to be improved in X AK
3 SMKN 1 Bantul academic year 2014.
This research is an action research which was conducted in two cycles at
X AK 3 SMKN 1 Bantul that consists of 33 students as the subject of the research.
Each cycle consists of four steps: planning, main action, observing and reflection.
The research instruments used were observation, questionnaire and field notes.
The data analysis techniques were descriptive quantitative analysis with
percentage and descriptive qualitative data analysis.
The result indicates improvements in Students’ Learning Motivation and
Students’ Learning Activity. The improvement percentage in Students’ Learning
Motivation reaches at 8,55% from the achieved percentage of 78,83% from cycle
I to 87,38% in cycle II. Students’ Learning Activity improvement reaches at
7,53% derived from 79,86% in cycle I to 87,38% in cycle II. The individual
Students’ Learning Motivation improvement is 8,86% from 78,46% on cycle I to
87,32% in cycle II. The individual Students’ Learning Activity improvement is at
the amount of 7,41% from 80,17% in cycle I to 87,58% in cycle II. Those
improvements depicts that the implementation of Active Learning Model Using
Domino Card Learning Media can improve Students’ Learning Motivation and
Students’ Learning Activity in X AK 3 SMKN 1 Bantul academic year of 2014.

that this undergraduate thesis entitled “Increasing Motivation and Learning
Activities in Accounting through Active Learning Model Using Domino
Card Learning Media in Class X AK 3 SMKN 1 Bantul Academic Year
