Machinery Audit Services

1.Automatic Winders General area of work includes audit of mechanical / electrical components, related to the production / quality factors & suggestions for up gradations / changes if any.

In House Training

At Savio, we always considered the training of our customer’s technicians as a very important aspect of business. Many times it is difficult for the mills to send the staff to our training centerand under such conditions, we depute our well educated and experienced technical staff to mills. The training broadly covers.

Training to the maintenance, electrical & technical team regarding the periodic maintenance activities carried out in themachines.Training on data collection from computer and analysis to be done, corrective actions to be carried out for better utilization,output of the machine ( in terms of production & quality)Educating the mills staff regarding the new features available for upgrading the machine.Empty tube feeding, Disc finders, soft package running, type of available splicers & knotters.Information on available retrofit kits for upgrade of the machines.

Utility Audit Services

Tune the machine to obtain required production efficiency /quality output for the running count / materials.Tune the machine for change in raw materials / value added process (Cotton to Synthetics, blends…vice versa etc ).

Savio has pool of experts on the machine. These experts carry out Value Added Services on the various Savio Machines (Models: Espero,Orion,Polar,EcoPulsarS,Cosmos,Sirius,FRS 3000)

Process Tuning

Onsite Parts Upgrade Spindle wise efficiency & reason for drop in performance.Existing package related quality, discuss about performance in post winding process.Maintenance practice & suggestions on required tools / lubrications.Hard waste related issues & suggestions for improvementsSplice issues and suggestions.Peripheral like doffer / OHTC / bobbin feeding system, etcand suggestions if any for improvements.

Splice configuration recommendation for new lot processing.Study of different type yarn like Lycra core, twin core, elitwist, high twist etc. and recommendation of splicer type / configuration according to the yarn.

Utility audit evaluates the effective use of power and compressed air provided to the automatic winding machines.Technical expert along with required tools, visits the installation and evaluates equipment’s compressed air, power consumption, temperature in the machine.Highlight the advantages of this audit (air/power wastage calculated in terms of INR).Suggestions for improvements based on study report and recommend list of spares if any to be replaced for improvement.During second visit, confirm the parts replaced and recordthe improvement in current results.

Training for drum motor bearing replacement.Bobbin change PCB - PTC / Resistor change (Orion).Cooling fan fixing for invertor / computer.Electro valve PCB - capacitor change (Polar).Computer LCD display - replacement (Kontran-eco panel 121).Suction motor invertor - capacitors change.Suction drop and pressure drop indicator kit.Timer control for empty bobbin conveyor stop/start, belt motion control.Note : Component replacement cost extra.

Training at Savio India

We,at SAVIO INDIA LTD, are regularly conducting training courses for mill technicians at our Training center in COIMBATORE.We offer Short term training class for middle and higher level milldelegates and regular training for all level technicians from Mills.

During Annual Maintenance contract period, technical personnelmake scheduled two visits each of two days per machine per annum and carryout following works.Verify existing maintenance plan followed by mills and suggest if any deviations / changes.Overhauling and servicing a group of spindles and based on findings recommend the required spares for all spindles.Inspect the current scheduled maintenance of the mills.Inspect the machine health, recommend requiredmechanical, electrical spares, and retrofit kits.Performance audit of doffer,OHTC,yarn finders, tube cleaners etc. and suggestions for improvements if any.Suggestions for maintenance activities before next AMC visit.Training of the floor level technicians to attend regular maintenance & trouble shooting activities.Suggestion if any for specific needs requested ( for example - high cut rates, hard waste reductions, reduction in red light, package complaints, splice issues).
