All orders based on Valvola quotations shall be subject to acceptance in writing by Valvola. Order acceptance is expressly made conditional on assent by client / customer to Valvola terms.
Validity of quotation are valid for thirty days unless otherwise stated in writing and are subject to withdrawal or change at any time prior to acceptance by Valvola. If for some reason any items arechanged or added to the order required, Valvola reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. If buyers falls to meet the agreed upon and established commercial terms of the contract the sellermay with hold all subsequent delivery until such time that the original commercial terms of contract have been met by the buyer. Prices do not include field or job site installation unless otherwisestated.
All payment terms are to be negotiated and agreed upon Valvola and buyers / Customer.
All promises of delivery / shipment are estimated as closely as possible. Valvola’s best efforts are used in every case to deliver or ship within promised time, but there is no guarantee to do so.Delivery of shipment specified under each item is subjected to “FORCE MAJEURE”.

Final inspection and acceptance of products must be made at factory and shall be conclusive except for latest defects. Inspection agency appointed by customer representative may inspect duringnormal working time prior to delivery or shipment in such manner as will not interfere with operation in factory.
The terms & conditions of this quotations and any subsequent purchase order shall be constructed, interpreted and performed exclusively according to the law of the India, Mumbai jurisdiction.Valvola reserves the right to cancel any order for products indented by the customer to be resold or delivered to such entities.
All the products manufactured by Valvola are warranted for 18 months from date of dispatch of goods or 12 months form the dated of commission whichever is earlier against defect inworkmanship or material. Valvola does not take any responsibility if factory setting disturbed or product are dismental. This warranty does not cover deterioration by corrosion, erosion or anycause.
No product shall be returned to valvola without written authorization and shipping instructions having been obtained from Valvola. On all material approved for return for credit handlingrestocking costs. If any and cost to recondition for resale as new will be charged.
Export quality good worthy packing charges will be added to the quotation.

DESIGN FEATURES
Blow Out Proof Stem
One piece antiblow out stem inserted internally to withstand at all pressure in the valve.
Double Seal Connection
All metal to metal joints are at least double seal with ‘O’ rings and gasket to assure no leakage at all
pressure. This make Valvola’s ball valves suitable for above ground and barried installation.
Cavity Relief PressureWhen cavity pressure is lower than the seat spring and line pressure sealing contact of ball and seat ring is maintained to achieve tight seal.When cavity pressure is higher than line pressure and seat spring, self relieving action allow seat will move away to maintain pressure balance.
Double Block & Bleed
When the pressure is applied to both side of a ball simultaneously in close position the valve bore & the body
cavity will be isolated from each other and the residue within the body cavity can be released through the drain
plug. On the upstream and down stream side each seat shut off the line pressure or fluid independently which
allow double block operation.
Antistatic Device
To maintain electrical continuity between all the valve components spring assembly installed in stem & ball.

An emergency sealent injection system placed between ‘O’ rings & gasket to prevent leakage. Features
available with 6” & above valves, In accordance with API 6D.
Vent & Drain
Vent and Drain plug provided on the body as per API 6D. These features
shall be used to release the pressure and drain the valve. A vent may replace
the bleed valve.
Fire Safe Design

Extended Bonnet
When the valves are to be installed below ground or buried services or limited space available to
operate valves, bonnet extension will be provided. This feature can also suitable for High temperature
range, Cryogenic low temperature services. Height of extension must be specified.
Pup Ends
But welding ends valves may be supplied with transition pieces (PUPS) to avoid any risk of seat and seal damage during welding
and post weld heat treatment operations. Pipe Schedule and length of Pups must be specified.
