MISS PEREGRINE’S HOME FOR PECULIAR CHILDREN by Ransom RiggsA mysterious island. An abandoned orphanage.A strange collection of very curious photographs.

It all waits to be discovered in Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, an unforgettable novel that mixes fiction and photography in a thrilling reading experience.

As our story opens, a horrific family tragedy sets sixteen-year-old Jacob journeying to a remote island o the coast of Wales, where he discovers the crumbling ruins of Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. As Jacob explores its abandoned bedrooms and hallways, it becomes clear that the children were more than just peculiar. They may have been dangerous. They may have been quarantined on a deserted island for good reason. And somehow—impossible though it seems—they may still be alive.

A spine-tingling fantasy illustrated with haunting vintage photography, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children will delight adults, teens, and anyone who relishes an adventure in the shadows.

ITTBodega, Dinner &Flamenco ShowJune 5th, 6:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.Sign up by June 3rd. $45 (adult) / $25 (child).

Spend the evening enjoying Spain’s famous sherry wine and authentic Flamenco dancing. Flamenco involves singing, dance and guitar as well as rhythmic punctuation (by hand-claps and other methods). There are dierent types of pieces within flamenco, which are defined by characteristic melodic, rhythmic, and harmonic structures. It is rooted in the gypsy (gitano) of Andalucia and probably influenced by North African rhythms. The “Gitanos” had settled in Andalucia early in the 15th century, and by the end of the 18th century several centers of “cante jondo” had emerged in Jerez and Sevilla. This trip includes: transportation, tour of the sherry bodega, wine tasting, dinner and a flamenco show.

Join ITT in one afternoon of fun at the village of El Bosque; one of the most famous white-washed villages in Cadiz located in the Grazalema Natural Park. The town displays all the charm, simplicity and peacefulness characteristic of the white villages.

Our morning will start o with a typical Spanish breakfast at Venta Julian serving your favorite toast, jamon, coee and orange juice. Afterwards, we will begin our guided tour of the bread windmill Molino de Abajo, built from 18th century and has maintained its original structure. It works in the same way as it did 300 years ago with hydraulic energy from the El Bosque river, and it still continues milling wheat in the traditional way. We will learn how a hydraulic windmill works, take part in a bread-making workshop, from the milling of the wheat to the cooking of the dough of which, the finished products you may take home with you at the end of the day.

The group will have some free time to roam around the city and shop for some local gourmet food like the payoya emborrao cheese, local sausages, and natural honey with no preservatives. Afterwards, the group will enjoy their lunch at Meson El Tabanco where everyone will feast with a choice between trout and pork loin for the main course accompanied by some appetizers, dessert, and drinks.

The trip includes transportation, breakfast and lunch, guided visit of the bread mill, and some free time.
