MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Hong has been planning and executing high-end events

through her own event company for three years with both of

clients from personals & company. What makes Hong unique

are her passion and commitment to her clients. Perhaps the

most exciting time for Hong is the beginning stages of

working with her clients, this is the time during which she

focuses on getting to know them on both a professional and

personal level. Hong understands that her clients hire her to

be an extension of themselves, therefore, she strives to learn

the ways in which she can stay true to their values, vision and

goals. Friendship, trust and confidence flourish as she

continues to work with her clients.

Hong never tires of a challenge, and she prides herself on

finding timely and ingenious ways of overcoming them. She

has a keen eye for design and an uncanny knack for staying

on top of all the little details. Above all else, she demonstrates

meticulous planning and passion for perfection. When the day

of the event has finally arrived, you’ll find yourself worry free

with complete faith in Hong and her team’s ability to execute

the celebration you have been planning for months and

dreaming about years.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Huong has been nourishing her dream about being an event

coordinator since she was 20 and has retained her passion

the entire time. Her experience working in Corporation,

Marketing, Hospitality and Media has prepared her well for a

career in Event Planning. Huong enjoys the day to day

logistics leading up to an event. However, her true passion

lies in the execution. She thrives as a leader in a fast paced

environment, working behind the scenes to stay on top of all

the details – all the while with a big smile on her face. She

can be seen wearing lots of different hats, which is why she

can be trusted by vendors and clients alike. Huong deeply

understands and respects the significance of each client’s

event, doing everything in her power to ensure the day goes

off without a hitch.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS

With over six years working in professional environments and

diverse industries, Thao has experience in varied businesses

fields and company culture. Thao worked for Prudential

Assurance Vietnam right after graduation with position of budget

controller to make sure money is to use productively. Her next

position in ACB Securities helped her to gain more knowledge

about finance and risk management. By moving to Abbott

Trading Nutrition, she gained her knowledge and experience in

the field of Information Management, as well as Operations and

Training. Now you can imagine how passionate and responsible

Thao is and how she aims to make sure every penny that the

clients pay us worthy from side of quality control. She strictly

keeps our high standard of services from all contacting points.

Risk management in each event is well recognized and solved

promptly by her strong working experience & flexibility in large

scale corporations.

Control

Functions of service team Each event is unique and in different stage of the planning process. It is for this reason that event planner creates custom proposals based on the following services.

• Individual consulting & planning

• Event planner is a individual event consultant, takes care of all plans needed. Event planner is available 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week.

• Event cordinator

• Event planner, with her assistance will supervise and manages event through that day. All event needs will be met; event planner and the assistance will also coordinate with the third parties to manage entertainment activities, music, food and beverage in events.

• Decorations and set-up

• Event planner will oversee the design, decoration, and set-up staffs, event planner will also works with VECS team before and during the event day, to make sure every details will be carefully taken care of.

• Personnel

• VECS owns good team members, that will be provided due to events needs.

• Break-down and clean-up

• Customers never need to worry about the state of the place when the event is over. VECS will take care of everything.
