NationalPRePRiNtsPRePRiNt guiDeliNes• Advance notice must be given at least 10 days prior to distribution. All preprinted insertion material should be at the newspaper seven days prior to distribution date. Minimum size preprint, 8 1/2 x 5 1/2. Minimum weight paper for a single sheet in 70lb. bond.

• Advertisers should provide additional inserts equal to 2 percent of distribution to allow for equipment spoilage.

• Rates listed apply to advertising from an individual busi-ness or entity. Multi-business or multi-signature advertising is subject to publisher pre-approval, and on approval, billed at open rates.

• In the event the publisher fails to insert preprinted circulars on a date specified by advertiser and agreed to by the Daily Herald, or inserts such preprinted circulars incor-rectly on another date, the Daily Herald shall only be liable to advertiser for damages not to exceed the cost of the preprint insertion. In no event shall the Daily Herald be liable for the cost of the re-printed preprints, freight or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the failure to insert preprints or the incorrect insertion of preprints.
