is to provide practical exposure as well as technical skills.
Super5 Quiz Jan 30, 2013
he “Super -5 Quiz” competition was conducted in the auditorium of Rakshpal Bahadur Group of Institutions, Bareilly. At the outset of the programme, Mrs. Veena Mathur Executive Chairperson, while addressing the contestants, announced that the
winners of the quiz would be awarded with Laptop, Tablet, and Mobile etc. In this competition, First prize went to Moin Khan and Apaar of Alma Mater School, Bareilly; who were awarded a laptop each. Second prize of a Tablet each was bagged by Chetna and Ruby of Badaun and third prize of Mobile was won by Sukhwinder and Gurutirath of Shri Guru Nanak Inter college , Lakhimpur Kheri. The consolation prize awarded to the students of MB Inter College and Dropadi Inter College, Bareilly. Enthusiasm was seen on the faces of the winning contestants. The students from 62 Inter Colleges of various cities appreciated this competition, and thanked RBMI Group of Institutions. The quiz was conducted by the Director Dr. Neeraj Saxena, Mr. Madhukar Saxena & Ms. Jyoti Singh.

The Seminar was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr. R.K. Khandal, Hon. Vice-Chancellor of GBTU, Keynote speaker Prof. V.P.S. Arora, former Vice Chancellor of Kumaon University, guest speaker Mrs. Usha Kiran Roy, Prof. from B.H.U, Mr. Baburam, D.G.M., BSNL , Mrs. Preeti Srivastava , Joint Director(Tourism), Mr. K.K. Damani, Executive Director I.W.P. and President, R.M.A., Mrs. Veena Mathur, Executive Chairperson, RBMI Group of Institutions, Managing Director Er. Navin P. Mathur and Director Dr. Neeraj Saxena. While addressing the students, the chief guest Dr. R.K. Khandal, Vice Chancellor GBTU, cited the example of china, whose national economy emphasizes more upon production rather than service. Apart from professional guidance, the vice-chancellor stressed upon moral values. He urged the students to come up to their parents’ expectations.
The key note speaker, Dr. V.P.S. Arora emphasized that the contributions of service sector all over the world to GDP is 63.4 percent today. He said that in order to be a developed nation, India will have to be more quality-conscious in providing services, as service sector has a major share in most of the economies of the world. Senior professor of B.H.U. Dr. Usha Kiran Roy said that in order to achieve customer-satisfaction, prompt redresses of the complaints is desired.
Rakshpal Bahadur Group of Institutions organized teacher’s friendly motivational workshop. The subject was Motivation and Personal Effectiveness especially meant for PGT teachers in order to enhance their effectiveness in the Classroom. The Chief Guest of the Programme Mr. S. Devdasa Regional Officer, CBSE while addressing the audience mentioned that it is the teachers who are responsible to enhance overall healthy growth of their pupil and the teachers should motivate students to gain overall relevant knowledge in addition to whatever is prescribed in syllabus. The Guest Speaker Mr Suresh Mohan Semwal addressed the teachers as Saarthi (Charioteers) and said that every child has a specific Potential which needs to be identified at an early age. Citing many examples he advised the teachers that they should constantly be learning in order to ensure quality in education.

Department of Mechanical Engineering celebrated automobile week. During this week
students gave presentations on automobile companies like Maruti, Hyundai, Honda & Tata. Student got familiar about the real working of the engine and its different parts. The students were highly appreciated by Director Dr. Vineet Agarwal, Director Academic Dr. Ashish Mishra, and Assistant Director & Departmental Head Er. Rajeev Pathak.
CS & IT department organized Google Week. Comprising of events like Poster Making Competition, Powerpoint Presentations on Google History & Google Applications. Comparative study of Google was also done with Other Search engines. Finally a Quiz Competition was conducted based on Google Search
Engine. Students came up with high colors in all the listed events. The participants were highly appreciated by Director Dr. Vineet Agarwal, Director Academic Dr. Ashish Mishra.

events like poster making competition, power point presentation on APPLE history, APPLE products, and comparison of APPLE with other organizations. Comprising of events like Poster
Making Competition, Power Point Presentations on Infosys History & Infosys Applications, and Comparison of Infosys with Other IT companies. Finally the event ended up with a quiz competition based on Infosys organization. The students were highly appreciated by Deputy Director Mr. Rajesh Verma & H.O.D. MCA Mr. Amit Gupta.

Veena Mathur, Managing Director Er. Navin P. Mathur and the Director Neeraj Saxena inaugurated by lightening of the lamp before Maa Saraswati. The Chief Guest Mr. Lalit Mohan Asthana,
addressed the audience. He pointed out that before deciding specific ‘LAKSHYA’, it is equally important to choose the right ascent to be successful in life.
The keynote speaker Lt. Gen. Shankar Prasad pointed out, that no one is a born leader, the one who is able to rise to the occasion, and prove his potential is a real leader.

Department of management organized The TELECOM Quiz under Prashan Manch series for the students of MBA & BBA courses. Two teams from MBA & BBA each
