HOLIDAY BREAK CAMP MANIA

October 25th - 27th (Monday - Wednesday)

December 23rd - 27th (Monday - Friday)

December 30th - January 3rd (Monday - Friday)

Volunteers ages 15 and up are needed to help our Recreation staff supervise children ages 5 to 11. Every volunteer must be able to commit to one entire camp session and attend an orientation prior to serving. Camp times are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm each day. Durham Intermediate School

MONSTER MASH October 26th 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm

This ghoulish event is a howling good time for kids of all ages! Volunteers ages 15 and up are needed to help with set-up and clean-up, games, snacks, door prizes and more! Southlake Town Hall Lobby

PARENTS DAY OUT October 4th 8 am to 2:30 pm

Volunteers ages 16 and up are needed to help our preschool guests with lunch, crafts and more under the supervision of our Recreation staff. Senior Activities Center

BINGO NIGHT October 21st 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Join us as we turn our Senior Activities Center into a Monday Night Bingo Hall! Volunteers ages 15 and up are needed to help with set-up, clean-up, coordinating the games and refreshments. Senior Activities Center

MOVIE DAY October 10th 12:30 pm to 3 pm

Volunteers ages 15 and up are needed to help with set-up, clean-up and refreshments while we treat the Seniors to a fun movie day. Senior Activities Center

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA December 7th & 14th 8 am to 2 pm

Volunteers ages 14 and up are needed with set-up, clean-up and greeting visitors as we serve kids and Santa breakfast throughout the morning. Southlake Town Hall, Third Floor

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS (Library Booth)

Saturday, November 23rd 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm or 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Volunteers ages 16 and up are needed to help us with the Craft Booth and the Reindeer Booth at the Library’s

Outdoor Tent. Must have prior experience with the Library to be eligible to serve. Southlake Town Square

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS (Town Square Volunteers)

Saturday, November 23rd 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm

Volunteers ages 16 and up are needed to help us with booths, crafts, set-up and clean-up and various other outdoor activities. Must be available to attend an orientation 1 to 2 weeks prior to event. Southlake Town Square
