•There is gap between formulation and performance

performance•Generally company's employees are not. aware of or do not understand their company's strategy unless closely/ repeatedly communicated .

•Lack of which 66% of corporate strategy is never implemented properly.

•If employees lack knowledge about the company's strategy, it is unlikely that proper implementation will occur,
