8th Street Blend™

A classic microgreen blend of clean and crisp brassicas with various textures and colors.

Micro Amaranth

Amazing magenta color with a subtle earthy flavor that resembles beets.

Micro Anise Hyssop

Also known as Korean mint, anise hyssop has a gentle anise/sassafras flavor that is reminiscent of rootbeer candy. Makes a great pairing for desserts.

Micro Arugula

Crisp, tender greens with a peppery and nutty flavor that is the essence of arugula.

Micro Basil, Italian

Classic Italian basil flavor with uniquely floral accents that leave a lasting and pleasant tingle on the tongue.

Micro Basil, Opal

Classic Italian basil flavor with floral notes and a slightly clove-mint finish.

Micro Chervil

Graceful green with a sweet anise flavor and feathery, fern-like leaves. Similar to parsley.

Micro Chive

A sweet and spicy combination of garlic and onion flavor. Leaves are needle-like and very slim.

Micro Cilantro

A citrusy, floral combination of cilantro and coriander flavors makes the mouth water and sets it distinctly apart from your typical cilantro.

Corn Spears

Thin spears of the young corn plant before it has begun to open its true leaves. Incredibly sweet and slightly crunchy.

Micro Fennel

Striking and graceful feathery leaf adds a visual elegance with a sweet licorice flavor. A more mild flavor than adult fennel.

Micro Lemon Balm

Strawberry-esque leaves with a candied lemon and hint of green mint flavor. A classic dessert microgreen.

Micro Mint

Spearmint with a touch of oregano. With its small leaves, a sprig of micro mint provides a more refined look than a typical mint leaf.

Edible Flowers

A minimum 50 count variety mix. Fluctuating with the season, the mix commonly includes tuberous begonias, dianthus, marigolds, violas and celosia.

Mirepoix Mix

A spin on the classic French herb combination, our Mirepoix Mix is a blend of lovage, carrot and scallion microgreens.

Corn Shoots

Opened blades of young corn plant. Sugar-like sweet with a slight hint of bitter.

Micro Radish, China Rose

Great radish flavor with a slightly less in-your-face spice level than the daikon. Beautiful pink stems give it a leg up in the pretty department.

Micro Radish, Daikon

Robust, crunchy greens with a serious spicy nasal essence-of-radish kick.

Micro Radish, Red Rambo

Eye-catching, deep purple leaves and stems with classic pungent and spicy radish flavor that hits the sinuses.

Rainbow Mix

A colorful mix of amaranth, kale, cabbage, mizuna and kohlrabi. The magenta stems provide an excellent choice as a pop of color on the plate.

Micro Red Vein Sorrel

Gorgeous lime green teardrop leaves set off by bold red veins and stem with a tongue-tingling citrus flavor. Plate appearance is striking.

Micro Scallion

Graceful form with striking onion flavor. The seed pods that remain on top create a playful, yet elegant appearance.

Micro Shiso, Korean

Strong black licorice, anise and basil notes put the flavor potency on the herb spectrum. Leaves are strictly dark green.

Micro Shiso, Red Cumin™

Incredible cumin flavor with subtle notes of cinnamon and clove. This shiso has a similar appearance as the korean, with more purple on the tops of the leaves.

Spicy Mix

An intense microgreen blend of red and green mustard with beautiful contrasting colors. A spicy wasabi horseradish punch hits the tongue late.

Sunflower Shoots

Robust, succulent greens that have a bit more presence than some of the others. Nutty, earthy flavor with a pleasing crunch.

Micro Tangerine Gem

Gorgeous frilly palm frond leaves with a unique and tangy citrus flavor. Especially appropriate for desserts.

Micro Upland Cress

Delicate greens with classic watercress flavor. The leaves express more as individuals than the true watercress. They grow in clusters atop delicate stems.

Wacky Peas™

Prominent and prolific tendrils create a sculptural visual experience with delicious sweet pea flavor to boot. Holds up well in the walk-in and in the kitchen.

Micro Watercress

Classic spicy nasturtium flavor of watercress in a smaller package than the typical bunches from the store.

Wheatgrass

A health buff’s juicing companion. Strictly grow-to-order. Please allow 7 days notice.

Nasturtium Shoots

The same spicy punch as the larger adult leaves but at the size of a nickel. Each stem carries two leaves, giving a balanced and delicate appearance.
