1. What are “Alerts”? An alert is a warning message that is displayed when a rights holder publicizes alerts concerning its products or supply chain.2. Where can I find News Stories? By clicking the “News” tab displayed on the home screen or navigation pane, you will find news stories published by rights holders.3. Where are the contacts located? By opening the Menu on the left you will find the ”Address Book” tab.4. How can I see my performance? By opening the Menu on the left, you can click on your name to see your statistics.5. Is there a HELP function available on the Mobile App? Yes. You can find this on the Menu on the left.6. If I have more questions regarding the IPM platform, who can I contact? In the navigation menu click on the “Contact WCO” tab to automatically open a message screen. Click “send” to send message directly to WCO.7. Can I change my password for the Mobile App? Yes. In the navigation menu, click on the settings symbol in the bottom left-hand corner to access your profile section and find the edit password link.
