PROFESSiONAL FEES* We cover the cost of 1 professional/membership annual fee (value of the fee is uncapped). MATERNiTY LEAVE* UMi’s Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) The level of SMP will be topped up by UMi. Week 1-9: 100% of actual salary Week 10-18: 50% of actual salary (or SMP if 50% of your actual salary is less than the SMP rate) Week 19-39: SMP only HEALTHCARE CASH PLAN A Healthcare Cash Plan to claim back on a number of healthcare costs and gym membership discounts. CYCLE SCHEME* We buy a bike and/or accessories (up to £1,000 value) for you to cycle to work, which you pay back (interest-free) through your salary. SPECTRUM REWARD APP An online reward app with a unique selection of discounts available for all UMi staff. HOLiDAYS Full-time staff get 25 days holiday a year and 8 statutory bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time/fixed term staff). BiRTHDAY HOLiDAY To celebrate your birthday, we offer a day’s holiday every year. *Only eligible for staff who’ve successfully completed their probationary period. PAY UMi staff are paid more than the National Minimum Wage and Real Living Wage. EMPLOYEE ASSiSTANCE PROGRAMME We offer an Employee Assistance Programme that gives you: • Up to 6 confidential counselling sessions • Telephone counselling • 24/7 access to a GP service • Helpline on a range of medical, legal, health and well-being matters. CAR BREAKDOWN COVER We offer vehicle breakdown cover annually for staff who travel for business and cover in excess of 2,500 business miles per year. UMi’S CONTRiBUTiON TO YOUR PENSION UMi contributes 3% (the maximum employers contribution). EXTRA HOLiDAYS* The opportunity to buy up to 5 days extra holiday a year (pro-rata for part-time staff). SiCK PAY* UMi offers you full pay for the first 12 weeks, followed by half pay for 12 weeks over a rolling 12 month period - this is calculated from the date of your eligibility for company sick pay.
