Building upon the success of Ted Baker’s first European Flagship, Cushman & Wakefield is now instructed across several countries for their European roll out and additionally in Japan and China.

PRIMARK As one of the largest and most successful fast fashion retailers in the world, Primark is in high demand.

Cushman & Wakefield previously secured Primark’s first stores in several European countries including France and Spain. Recently, Cushman & Wakefield has provided complex and detailed market entry advice in order for Primark to ‘take on’ the challenging U.S. retail market.

Building on this successful partnership, Cushman & Wakefield Italy has been exclusively retained to provide market entry advice and has secured their first store in Milan with more to follow.

FIVE GUYS The Cushman & Wakefield Cross Border Retail Team provided Five Guys with strategic market entry and initial valuation advice, allowing them to make an informed decision in securing their Madrid flagship, against fierce competition.

The Cross Border Retail Team is also instructed by Five Guys in several European countries and is providing consultancy advice.

SUPERDRY Through collaborations with Timothy Everest and Idris Elba, Superdry has remained one of the most dynamic fashion retailers in the UK.

TK MAXX Offering affordable seasoned fashion and fantastic value, TK Maxx represents a U.S. company that has conquered the UK. TK Maxx has since turned its attention to Europe and building on the success of its Polish roll out, Cushman & Wakefield is now exclusively instructed to acquire stores throughout the Netherlands.

Cushman & Wakefield recently acquired stores in Rotterdam, Eindhoven and Groningen and has a healthy pipeline of new stores planned for TK Maxx.

COSTA COFFEECushman & Wakefield has provided market mapping and location strategy services in France, India and the Philippines, together with new market entry advice in a number of European and other countries.

Cushman & Wakefield is instructed to acquire stores in Spain.

LEGO Since 2008, Cushman & Wakefield has provided strategic location advice for the LEGO Brand Retail expansion. We have located and acquired stores in the US, UK, Germany, France and Belgium and are currently advising on market entry in to China.

DOCKS BRUXSEL BRUXELLESDocks Bruxsel is a new and emerging neighbourhood situated alongside the canal in the north of Brussels. The area is undergoing extensive economic restructuring and regeneration to offer customers a unique, urban experience that brings together leisure, shops, food, culture and entertainment. Opened in October 2016, this new shopping centre is in excess of 49,000 sq. m and has been 90% pre-let by Cushman & Wakefield. We defined the commercial tenant mix, securing anchor tenants such as Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Mediamarkt, H&M and Match, and upon this success attracted other high-scale brands, realising our objective of creating an Urban Chic destination within Brussels.

LE TOISON D’OR BRUXELLESCushman & Wakefield BeLux were instructed as sole agents to market the most prominent retail scheme in Brussels 2013-2015. We provided development advice on the 6,500 sq. m plot located in the centre of one of the best shopping streets in Belgium, resulting in the leasing of a 12,000 sq. m retail scheme in uptown Brussels. We successfully secured world-class tenants including the first (and only) Apple store in Belgium, the countries’ first Marks & Spencer, a new Zara flagship and Belgium’s first Bodum.

MEIR 67-69 ANTWERPENHaving decided to expand to the Belgian market, Uniqlo identified Antwerp, the fashion capital of Belgium, as a potential entry point. Having identified the appropriate store, Cushman & Wakefield worked jointly with Uniqlo’s expansion and legal managers to seal lease terms. As a result, Uniqlo now has a flagship store on Antwerp’s main shopping boulevard, the Meir.

BE-MINE RETAIL PARK BERINGENThe Cushman & Wakefield Out of Town Retail team was involved in the development, consultancy, letting and sale of this 15,000 sq. m retail park. The team worked with the developer to draft the scheme, creating a competitive commercial mix within a unique location, close to a former mining site. This involved handling negotiations with various retailers, signing leases with national & international retailers including Albert Heijn, LolaLiza, Brico, ZEB, Vandenborre, C&A, Veritas, Chaussea, Ava, Bent and H&M. Finally, we assisted the developer in negotiations to sell the retail park, handling the share deal transaction with an institutional investor.

BOULEVARD DE WATERLOO 57 BRUXELLESCushman & Wakefield was appointed to let one of the units in this three-unit property, for which we promptly secured luxury retailer Moncler. When a second unit became available, which had been occupied by the landlord as a watches and jewellery merchant, Cushman & Wakefield was appointed once more, and secured Chopard to build on the established luxury tone.We successfully advised the landlord on selling the asset to a private investor and, in turn, let the final unit in the trio to luxury homeware retailer Christian Liaigre.

RETAIL PARK FROYENNESThe Cushman & Wakefield Out of Town Retail team was involved in the development, consultancy and letting of this retail park developed by Equilis, one of Belgium’s leading developers. We assisted Equilis in drafting the scheme to create a competitive commercial mix on two levels, which also has parking on the roof. We undertook negotiations with retailers and successfully signed leases with international brands such as H&M, LolaLiza, La Grande Récré, Chaussea and Basic Fit.

GRAND RUE 53 LUXEMBOURGDutch cosmetics and wellness brand Rituals had been looking for a flagship store in Luxembourg city centre, having outlined challenging requirements such as an AAA location and prestigious frontage. Simultaneously, Longchamp were looking to relocate to a larger store.

Cushman & Wakefield was able to find a location fitting Longchamp’s requirements, opposite its previous location, and assisted Rituals in occupying the store vacated by Longchamp.

BETTEMBOURG RETAIL PARK LUXEMBOURGThe Cushman & Wakefield BeLux Out of Town Retail team is involved in the development, consultancy and letting of a 10,000 sq. m retail park in Bettembourg. We worked with the developer in drafting the scheme to create a competitive commercial mix on a location with a substantial catchment area. The retail project, which will include green roofs and high quality finishing, will be ready at the beginning of 2018. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield handled the negotiations with potential retailers.

PUPA, PRAGUE Centrum Černý Most, Prague 4Unibail Rodamco Cushman & Wakefield advised PUPA on their expansion within the Czech Republic. Our Tenant representation team introduced the brand to Unibail Rodamco and was further involved in the expansion consultancy and decision making process on behalf of PUPA. In the summer of 2016, PUPA opened its first store in the Czech market at Centrum Čerrny, totalling 69 sq. m. They will also be opening Centrum Chodov, also owned by Unibail Rodamco. Cushman & Wakefield continue to provide PUPA with strategic consultancy advice on their future expansion.

FOOT LOCKER, PRAGUE Wenceslas Square 2, Prague 1MintCushman & Wakefield were appointed by Mint as the exclusive leasing agent for one of the most iconic corner buildings on Prague´s High Street. Our High Street Retail team were involved in B2B marketing, the introduction of the opportunity to Foot Locker and negotiation of terms and conditions. As a result, Foot Locker took 5 floors (3 floors dedicated to sales) within this iconic building with a total. area of 1,500 sq. m, located at the lower part of Wenceslas Square. The opening is planned for the Spring of 2017, and (at time of printing) it will be the largest flagship store to open in Central Europe. The property is situated at the busiest intersection of Wenceslas Square and Na Prikope Street, with an annual footfall of 36 million visitors.

FOOT LOCKER, PRAGUE 5 Zlatý Anděl, Prague5CBRE GICushman & Wakefield were instructed by the landlord CBRE GI, as sole agent on the property Zlaty Andel, located on the second most prominent high street in Prague. The Zlaty Andel scheme includes offices totalling 13,200 sq. m, with retail totalling GLA of 6,500 sq. m.

Cushman & Wakefield’s High Street team secured Foot Locker for an area 350 sq. m, occupying two floors of the high street corner unit opposite Prague’s third most dominant shopping centre scheme - Novy Smichov. The location of Andel is known as a busy transportation hub with a daily footfall of approximately 70,000 people.

COS, PRAGUE Pařížská 23, Prague 1PSNCushman & Wakefield’s High Street Retail team were appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the re-development and leasing of the property Pařížská 23, one the best known luxury shopping streets in Central Europe. Our High Street Retail Team secured COS, the premium brand from the H&M Group, with a total area of 600 sq. m. COS opened its first store in the Czech Republic in spring 2016, offering two floors of modern, well positioned retail space. Other brands secured by Cushman & Wakefield on Parizska Street are Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Tiffany & Co. and Brioni.

NESPRESSO AND SWAROVSKI, BRNO Nám.Svobody 13, BrnoMagnum Real EstateOn behalf of Magnum Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield have been involved in the re-development and letting of the Nespresso and Swarovski Flagship stores on one of Brno’s main high streets - Nám.Svobody 13. In December 2015 Nespresso opened its first flagship store in Brno (second store in the Czech Republic) with an area totalling 206 sq. m. In addition, our Cushman & Wakefield High Street team secured Swarovski next door to Nespresso in the same period.

FLYING TIGER COPENHAGEN, PRAGUE Jungmann Square 1, Prague 1Generali Real EstateCushman & Wakefield were appointed by Generali Real Estate as the exclusive leasing agent for the re-development and leasing of the property – Jungmann Square 1. The property is an architecturally interesting building, representing the gateway to Prague's high street. Cushman & Wakefield's High Street team introduced several potential retailers to the landlord and, as a result, Generali Real Estate signed Tiger (Flying Tiger Copenhagen) for 774 sq. m. Tiger will open another store in an AAA location in Prague´s high street, expected for summer 2017.

KIKA, PRAGUE Galerie Butovice, Prague 5 (extension) ValadOur Shopping Centre Asset Releasing team were involved in strategic discussions with the landlord for Galerie Butovice, discussing the vision for the project and potential plans for the expansion for Kika. We agreed terms with the landlord, signing within six months. Further involvement included discussions regarding negotiation of terms and construction permits. The 15,000 sq. m. Kika store is planned to open in 2018.

GALERIE BUTOVICE, PRAGUE Galerie Butovice, Prague 5ValadIn 2015 the Cushman & Wakefield Retail team were appointed by the landlord as the exclusive leasing agent for Galerie Butovice (38,000 sq. m) in Prague 5. Our Shopping Centre Asset Releasing team has been involved in the strategic discussion on the future vision of the project, including the improvements to the extension and refurbishment. PRADO, MARSEILLE On behalf of Montecristo Capital and Klepierre, Cushman & Wakefield has been instructed as exclusive letting agent for the 23,000 sq. m. shopping centre in Marseille. Our French Retail team has secured iconic department store Galeries Lafayette at Prado, marking the first deal of this exceptional site. V&DA truly creative and innovative approach to client management has seen Cushman & Wakefield singlehandedly transform the prospects of the struggling iconic and long-established Dutch retail department store - V&D. Faced with bankruptcy in early 2015, V&D was on the verge of closing all 63 of its high street stores. Considering the importance of V&D in the Dutch retail landscape, Cushman & Wakefield initiated meetings for all 22 landlords plus V&D´s US private equity owner Sun Capital, with the aim to jointly examine if an appropriate solution could be created. This resulted in the owners of V&D’s 63 high street stores agreeing to lower rents in the hope to generate savings totalling nearly €30 mln. Additionally, V&D's US private equity owner, Sun Capital, pledged to invest €60 mln in the chain, up from the €40 mln promised earlier.

Cushman & Wakefield’s role in the negotiation process has strengthened our position as Europe’s leading retail advisor. Unfortunately, V&D still went bankrupt on the 31st of December last year. The role we played placed us in the best position to advise the V&D landlords on new the new lease with department store retailer Hudson’s Bay Company, who will enter the Dutch market in 2017.

H&M, NATIONAL We advised Swedish retailer H&M on the acquisition of two new flagship stores in the Netherlands. Both flagship stores are located in nationally listed, corner buildings owned by Maison de Bonneterie and are both modern and luxurious. However, the historical details in both of the stores have remained intact. H&M The Hague is a 6 storey store at approx. 4,500 sq. m. H&M Amsterdam, located at Kalverstraat/Rokin, is a 5,000 sq. m concept store set out over 7 storeys. We also advised H&M in Eindhoven and acquired their largest European flagship store in Rotterdam of over 6,000 sq. m.

TK MAXX, NATIONALWe are exclusive advisors to TK Maxx and advised on their initial entry to the Dutch market. We advised on the acquisition of three stores in the Netherlands, which opened recently in Eindhoven (2,338 sq. m), Rotterdam (2,371 sq. m) and Groningen (3,526 sq. m). Two more stores will open this year and four are planned for 2017. All stores are located in prime locations in the shopping areas. In the coming years, TK Maxx is planning on opening around 25 more stores in the Netherlands.

SNIPES, NATIONAL Over the past 2 years, we have advised Snipes, the German sneaker and streetwear chain, on their entry to the Dutch market. We have acquired a total of 6 stores to date, equating to approximately 3,000 sq. m, which are all situated in prime locations throughout the Netherlands. (Amsterdam 765 sq. m – Eindhoven 210 sq. m – Haarlem 210 sq. m - Rotterdam 843 sq. m – Tilburg 550 sq. m – Utrecht 290 sq. m)

SHOPPING CENTRE HEUVEL, EINDHOVENCushman & Wakefield provides leasing management and valuations to CBRE Global Investors who are the owners of shopping centre Heuvel that has an area of approx. 23,000 sq. m. Recently, we have advised on a number of leases from new high quality, international brands including TK Maxx, H&M, Nespresso, Bijou Brigitte and Vapiano.

HUDSON´S BAY, NATIONALHudson´s Bay Company (HBC) has started their expansion strategy that includes opening up to 17 stores in The Netherlands by 2017. Cushman & Wakefield has already secured long-term lease agreements for approx. 91,800 sq. m. These locations include Amersfoort, Den Bosch, The Hague, Enschede, Haarlem, Leiden and Zwolle. All stores are former V&D department stores, who became bankrupt in early 2016. Because of the role of facilitator to property owners, the board of V&D and the administrator of V&D, Cushman & Wakefield was in the best position to advise the landlords in reaching an agreement with HBC.

DFS, NATIONAL Cushman & Wakefield is exclusive advisor to furniture retailer DFS since they entered the Dutch retail market in 2014. We advised on the acquisition of their first store in Cruquius that totalled approx. 2,750 sq. m and their second store in Rotterdam of approx. 1,000 sq. m. In 2016, we advised on the lease of the third store in Villa Arena in Amsterdam and we will continue to be their exclusive advisor for their future expansion strategy in the Netherlands.

GALERIA METROPOLIA Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to lease the multifunctional Galeria Metropolia in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, one of the best communicated shopping centres in Pomerania, which opened in October 2016.

The Gallery will have 34,000 sq. m, with a 2,000 sq. m delicatessen, multiple fashion brands (some new on the Polish market, including in Tricity), a food court, restaurants, as well as furniture and home deco operators.

Galeria Metropolia’s compelling proposition will be its recreation and entertainment zone, which includes a 7 screen Helios cinema (over 1,100 seats), a fitness studio, a 1,000 sq. m playground for children and a dance studio. The development also includes 1,000 apartments, a 135 room hotel, and a separate parking building supported by a new road infrastructure being delivered.

ZŁOTE TARASY Złote Tarasy is one of the most spectacular and unique world class city centre retail projects in Europe. The multi-award winning centre is one of the three largest shopping centres to dominate the retail landscape in Warsaw and the only one of these centres open to third party management. From conception, Cushman & Wakefield were appointed property management consultant, fit out coordinator and pre-let 100% upon completion of the building. Our current services includes full property management, strategic leasing & marketing, financial reporting, corporate accounting and sustainability advice.

WE AREPOLAND

GALERIA PÓŁNOCNA Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by GTC S.A. as co-exclusive leasing agent for the Galeria Północna shopping centre. The scheme is located in the north of Warsaw, in the Białołeka district, a fast developing area, with the city’s largest population growth. The 64,000 sq. m facility will be home to 220 stores, with a broad entertainment offer including a cinema, kids play area, restaurants and cafes. It is scheduled for delivery in Q3 2017. Galeria Północna will be the first shopping centre in Warsaw with a rooftop park, featuring a playground during summer and a skating rink in winter.

PLEJADA SOSNOWIEC Opened in November 2001, then extended in 2007, Plejada Sosnowiec provided 22,000 sq. m of GLA, with Carrefour occupying additional 11,800 sq. m. Plejada, anchored by a large dominant hypermarket with retail offer acting only as an ancillary function, started losing its customers. Additionally the mall was not benefitting from additional income in common areas as kiosks and stands were located randomly around the centre.

Cushman & Wakefield's team took over the management of Plejada Sosnowiec in October 2010. In co-operation with the landlord we re-evaluated the approach towards cash collection, tenant mix, design, refurbishment of common areas and foodcourt. Retail department secured strong and international brands, replacing the underperforming existing retailers. Project Management/Design was responsible for coordinating the redevelopment, designing the common areas and supervising the construction works, including obtaining all the permits for construction and operations.

TK MAXX TK Maxx is a top brands-for-less retailer, selling fashion, footwear and accessories. In Poland it is represented by TJX Poland, part of TJX Companies Inc. TK Maxx has several thousand stores worldwide, including more than 3,000 stores in the US and Canada.

Cushman & Wakefield have represented TK Maxx since their debut in the Polish market. TK Maxx continues to expand in Poland and secure premises in major retail schemes under construction, also targeting prime space within existing schemes. Our role is to identify retail space within shopping centres, negotiate lease terms and contracts. TK Maxx entered Poland in 2009 with our team adding to their expansion. TK Maxx now have 25 stores across the country; 19 are located within cities having opening within the past 6 years, including their flagship store in Marszałkowska Street in Warsaw.

FORUM GDAŃSKCushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Multi Poland as co-exclusive leasing agent for an urban shopping and leisure centre, Forum Gdansk. This shopping centre is located in the centre of Gdansk, next to the largest regional public transport hub, integrating bus, tram and urban rapid services (SKM). Scheduled for delivery in Q1 2018, the scheme will provide 62,000 sq. m, accommodating 220 stores and a broad leisure and gastronomy offer. It will also integrate stand-alone H&M and TK Maxx flagship stores, the Gdansk Historical Heritage Centre, a tourist information office and a piazza with a food and beverage offer. The mall’s unique architecture incorporates the Radunia river canal, providing a natural water feature enclosed under a glass canopy.

FOREVER 21 Cushman & Wakefield, has signed an agreement with Teren Management Europe (exclusive partner for several of countries in Europe) to represent the globally recognised US brand, “Forever 21” in Poland.

Forever 21, one of the world’s leading fashion retailers, offering women’s, men’s and kids clothing and accessories and is known for offering the latest fashion trends at great value. Today, there are 750 stores in 48 countries globally and it is the 5th largest fashion retailer in the United States.

The partnership with Cushman & Wakefield in Poland provides for market advisory services and monitoring for ideal locations for Forever 21 new stores. The first two stores opened in 2016 (Manufaktura in Lodz and Posnania in Poznan). Three locations will be opened in Warsaw in 2017, with other locations under negotiation.

GALERIA KATOWICKA Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive letting agent of Galeria Katowicka and retail space at the railway station. The investor of Galeria Katowicka is NEINVER Polska and PKP S.A. as well as UK-Meyer Bergman. The investment’s value is estimated at EUR 240 million. Galeria Katowicka is a retail and services scheme located in the core centre of Katowice, at Szewczyka Square. It forms part of a larger development, comprising a railway station and an office building. The leaseable area of the shopping centre totals 53,000 sq. m, divided into more than 220 units.

LIBERDADE 203 BUILDING, LISBON Cushman & Wakefield were instructed to lease the retail component of a luxury residential project.

Liberdade 203 is more than a project in Avenida da Liberdade. It is the refurbishment of an entire block with more than 3,000 sq. m dedicated to retail with luxury apartments above, giving it the critical mass to become a reference in the luxury retail scenario.

PRIMARK, NATIONAL Cushman & Wakefield advised Primark on its market entrance in Portugal in 2009. Primark is a worldwide leader in fast fashion retail and has been extremely well received in Portugal. Working together with Cushman & Wakefield, Primark has successfully opened 10 stores in strategic locations, covering a wide geography in the country.

RUA AUGUSTA 249, LISBON Acquired by Prowinko, the building stands right in the heart of downtown Lisbon, in a unique corner location. As the rehabilitation process starts, the client instructed Cushman & Wakefield to lease the 240 sq. m retail unit, which will appeal to wide range of national and international brands that want to be present in the tourist area of the city.

VODAFONE, NATIONALAs part of a global instruction, Cushman & Wakefield was instructed to manage the renegotiations of the 80 plus store portfolio of the brand, starting in late 2014. The process is still in place, with results demonstrating considerable savings, apart from advisory on units resizing, relocation and/or layout improvements. Throughout this process, Vodafone implemented a new retail store format, for which Cushman & Wakefield has already negotiated 25 new acquisitions or relocations.

MADISON – SHOPPING CENTRE PORTFOLIOMadison appointed Cushman & Wakefield’s CMG and Retail teams for the advisory on the purchase of 25% of the Sierra Portugal Fund, composed of 9 shopping centres, such as Arrábida Shopping, GaiaShopping, LeiriaShopping and Rio Sul Shopping. After a 2 month Due Diligence process, the acquisition was successfully completed.

PINKO, AV. LIBERDADE 36, LISBON Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by Prowinko to lease a former Aeroflot agency located in Avenida da Liberdade, in a premium location. After a selective market approach, the fashion retailer Pinko was the chosen brand to occupy this 260 sq. m unit that opened doors in the same night as the Vogue Fashion Night Out event, in September 2016.

KIKO MILANO, RUA AUGUSTA 250, LISBON Located in a prime downtown high street location, this 19th century building was acquired by Prowinko in 2010, leased to a local retailer. With the termination of the lease in place, Cushman & Wakefield strategically approached a list of retailers and negotiated a new lease with KIKO Milano for their flagship store in Lisbon, the first one in a high street location in Portugal.

SHOPPING CIDADE DO PORTOCushman & Wakefield is currently appointed by Teixeira Duarte, a local developer, for the sale process of Shopping Cidade do Porto. Opened in 1996, this shopping centre is comprised of 86 retail units, totaling more than 15,000 sq. m on 4 floors. This asset has a strong potential upside, taking advantage of the retail brands’ expansion upsurge that is currently being witnessed in the market.

MI XIAOMI, NATIONALIn January 2016, Mi Xiaomi selected Cushman & Wakefield to represent the brand in its expansion throughout the country. Since then, Cushman & Wakefield successfully developed negotiations in shopping centres such as Estação Viana, GaiaShopping, Almada Forum and Forum Montijo, amongst many others, estimating a store portfolio of 16 units by the end of this year. Mi Xiaomi is a premium reseller for Xiaomi, specializing in gadgets, telecommunications and accessories.

ODEON BUILDING, LISBON This 1920s building, designed originally for a state of the art movie theatre, was closed in the early 90s and was recently acquired by a private investor. The current owners designed a magnificent rehabilitation project that will keep its Art Deco heritage and preserve the unique details and façades. The Odeon building will be converted into 13 exquisite apartments and a retail unit for which Cushman & Wakefield has a leasing mandate in place.

DECATHLON, ALTO DO PARQUE, LISBONAlto do Parque is a mixed use building located next to Lisbon’s El Corte Inglés department store. It is comprised of a residential area, an office floor, 3 retail units and car parking. The retail team was appointed by the landlord for the leasing and secured the tenancy with Decathlon to occupy 1,900 sq. m, to open their first urban concept store in Portugal.

KIWOKO, ALBUFEIRA RETAIL PARK, ALGARVEActing on behalf of Internos Global Investors, Cushman & Wakefield successfully negotiated an 800 sq. m unit for Kiwoko in Albufeira Retail Park, on their first location in Portugal. With this opening, the retail park is now fully occupied with a varied selection of retailers. Kiwoko is a specialized pet shop with a strong presence in the Spanish market and an active expansion plan for Portugal.

BENFICA OFFICIAL STORE, RUA AUGUSTA 147, LISBONOwned by D&R, this amazing corner building is located in the main street in downtown Lisbon. Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail team were appointed to lease the retail unit and simultaneously the Project Management team initiated the rehabilitation works. A promissory lease agreement was achieved at a very early stage of the process and after a 2 year construction period, the Benfica Official Store opened its doors in August 2016.

FOCUS LX BUILDING, LISBONFocus LX is a residential project in Lisbon that is currently under construction and will include a ground floor gallery with 5 retail units facing Av. António Augusto de Aguiar, in front of the El Corte Inglés department store. Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by the developer, AM48, to lease the units and then sell as an investment product. With conclusion estimated for Q1 2017, the retail spaces are almost fully let and will certainly appeal to core investors.

ENKA SHOPPING MALL, KASHIRSKOYE HIGHWAY SEC on Kashirskoye highway is new project of ENKA company. An exciting architectural concept, luxurious roof terrace with an ice skating rink, open-air cinema, tennis and basketball courts are only a few peculiarities making this project really interesting. The new shopping and entertainment centre combines hypermarket, luminous shopping galleries, an amusement centre, a cinema with Russia's biggest IMAX cinema hall, a fitness centre with its own terrace, cafes and restaurants. The centre is located in a picturesque area surrounded by an apple garden. The project combines the merits of easy accessibility for the district residents and the proximity to one of the largest traffic throughways of Moscow. GLA 70, 800 sq. m, opening - Q4 2017.

CENTRAL CHILDREN'S STORE, MOSCOWCentral Children's Store on Lubyanka, one of the largest children's department stores in Europe, occupies an entire block in the centre of Moscow, on Lubyanka Square, and was opened in 2015 after seven years of reconstruction. The store has 250 shops, and a variety of interactive areas, with educational and entertaining programs for children, introduces the concept of edutainment. AQUARELLE, MOSCOW REGIONSEC Aquarelle in Pushkino is new high-quality project of Immochan company in the Moscow Region. Federal highway M8 provides excellent transport accessibility to the shopping centre. AUCHAN hypermarket, the recognized leader in the profile, will be the locomotive of the project. The mall will have wide variety of goods stores, including fashion, children’s, sports operators, restaurants and food court as the part of shopping gallery, and an extended indoor and outdoor entertainment activities zone. Standalone DIY-hypermarket will strengthen the concept. Cushman & Wakefield's mission in this project is marketing & leasing, GLA 60,000 sq. m. opening – 2018.

SKY MALL, MOSCOW Sky Mall is a new type of shopping and entertainment centre Shopping Resort. The project will be a key part of the social infrastructure in New Moscow. Sky Mall will be the only project that combines traditional mall, fashion outlet, indoor and outdoor leisure facilities, providing a resort experience for the whole family. The project has a strategic location in New Moscow next to Vnukovo airport on the Kievskoe highway the main artery that unites "old" Moscow and CBD with its expanded territories, in the middle of a large new residential agglomeration with a rapidly growing population. COURTYARD – THE PROJECT OF MOSCOW CINEMAS RECONSTRUCTIONCourtyard project provides reconstruction and conception of 39 Soviet era cinema buildings in Moscow. The project will create a network of community centres within the residential neighborhoods of Moscow. Renewed projects will provide a quality set of everyday essential goods and services for people of all age groups, and at the same time perform social and educational functions. All projects have good accessibility to transport links. In addition to conceptual solutions, the project will have original architectural concepts. Cushman & Wakefield's mission in this project is concept development, marketing & leasing. GLA 324,000 sq. m. opening - 2018-2019.

CITY MALL, TYUMEN City Mall is a regional shopping and entertainment centre located in the rapidly developing residential area of Tyumen. Easy transport access from the federal road Tobolsky path and excellent visibility will create an intensive customer flow. The concept of the Mall reflects the modern family lifestyle, providing excellent opportunities for everyday shopping, leisure and entertainment. Main anchors – Auchan, H&M, Eldorado, LPP, family entertainment centre «Atmosphere» (3,000 sq. m), bowling (2,000 sq. m) and Fitness centre - together with over 160 stores of the shopping gallery will provide the customers with great shopping opportunities. EUROVEA, BRATISLAVA Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent of Eurovea, a shopping centre providing 59,200 sq. m GLA. Eurovea is part of the state-of-the-art multi-functional city quarter located in the prime riverside location adjacent to Bratislava's historical centre. The centre is anchored by restaurants and cafes with a daily average footfall of 35,000 and was designed to become the new commercial heart of the city and act as the social focal point in the centre of Bratislava. The centre is owned by Slovak private equity and is developed by Ballymore. Cushman & Wakefield are advisors and leasing agents for the extension which will add an additional 25,000 sq. m planned to open in 2019. Most recent tenant to join the scheme is Starbucks.

EUROMAX, CITY ARENA, TRNAVACushman & Wakefield's Retail team were appointed by Slovak developer EUROMAX to secure leasing within this unique centre, providing 29,500 sq. m, 120 retail units and 1,000 parking places, which opened in 2015. City Arena has direct connections to the football stadium, within a central location and very good overall accessibility. Recent lettings include Datart, Yankee Candle, Camp David and Tescoma.

LES RAMBLAS 120, BARCELONA Cushman & Wakefield advised the landlord for two lettings on Les Ramblas 120 in Barcelona city centre which resulted in a new 1,200 sq. m Nike flagship and NBA Café´s first European store.

SUNGLASS HUT, SPAIN Over the last 2 years, Cushman & Wakefield has advised Sunglass Hut on the acquisition of 13 stores across Spain. The units are located in prime retail pitches in the likes of Madrid, Granada, Malaga and Benidorm.

INTU ASTURIAS, OVIEDOCushman & Wakefield are exclusive letting and managing agents for Intu Asturias, a prime regional shopping centre located in Oviedo in northern Spain. New incoming retailers include the likes of Desigual, Violeta, Aristocrazy, Tagliatella and Ilusiona.

PASSEIG DE GRACIA 42, BARCELONA Cushman & Wakefield advised IKKS for their new flagship store on Passeig de Gracia, one of Spain's most sought after locations.

ISLAZUL, MADRID Cushman & Wakefield advised TIAA on the acquisition of one of the main shopping centres in the south of Madrid. Over the last 2 years, our Management and Letting teams have helped increased footfall by more than 11%, reinforcing the centre's position and enhanced tenant mix.

PUERTO VENECIA, ZARAGOZA British Land and Eurofund chose Cushman & Wakefield to carry out the leasing of Puerto Venecia (206,000 sq. m of GLA, and more than 9,000 parking spaces).

This is the first time in Spain that Ikea and El Corte Inglés had come together in the same project. It is the largest commercial centre in Europe with an artificial and navigable lake. Retailers include El Corte Inglés, Toys ‘r Us, Decathlon, Cinesa, Primark, H&M, Inditex, Sportzone, WaveHouse and Desigual.

The store is located in one of the most highly frequented stretch of the street. We continue to work with Skechers on a number of locations to increase their current footprint. We are in discussions for various prime store locations in Istanbul.

KIEHL’S Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by Kiehl’s to lease its first ever store on the main high street of Istanbul, Istiklal Street. The store is located in close proximity to the centre of Istanbul on Taksim Square. Kiehl’s are looking to test the exciting Turkish retail market and Cushman and Wakefield have secured them a prime shop to showcase the brand.

UNDER ARMOUR Under Armour represent one of the most exciting new sports brands to enter the global stage. Cushman & Wakefield were delighted to be instructed by Under Armour to lease its’ first ever store in Turkey in one of the leading shopping centres, Akasya Shopping Centre on the Asian side of Istanbul. Under Armour has opened another 8 stores to date in Ankara, Izmir and Istanbul, with more stores planned over the coming years.

KRISPY KREME Cushman & Wakefield was mandated by Krispy Kreme to conduct market entry research and strategy advice on their short term expansion strategy in Turkey. The next step of the expansion strategy is to secure the opening of at least 10 stores in key brand building locations.

VANS Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by Vans to lease its first company owned store in Turkey on the main high street of Istanbul, Istiklal Street. The store is located in close proximity to the food and beverage and leisure section of the street, in keeping with the brands positioning. Cushman and Wakefield are looking to build on this initial expansion across Turkey.

SWATCH Cushman & Wakefield continue to work closely with Swatch and support their expansion in Turkey. Cushman and Wakefield was instructed by the Swatch Group to lease stores for four of their brands, Swatch, Hour Passion, Tourbillon and Harry Winston, in one of the most exciting new shopping centre development projects, Emaar Square in Istanbul. KING'S CROSS, LONDONCushman & Wakefield has been appointed joint retail and leisure agents for the 67-acre development at King’s Cross. The development comprises 500,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurants, leisure, cafes and bars and is 8 m sq. ft. in total. By 2020, 50,000 people will be living and working at King’s Cross.

WESTGATE OXFORDClient: Land Securities & Crown Estate Cushman & Wakefield is the retail leasing agents on the £500 m redevelopment of the Westgate Centre in the heart of Oxford. This new shopping and leisure destination is due for completion in Autumn 2017 and is currently 50% pre-let. The development comprises approximately 100 new shops including a John Lewis department store and forms a key part of the regeneration of Oxford city centre.

COVENT GARDEN, LONDON Cushman & Wakefield was instructed as joint letting agent on St. Martin’s Courtyard from the initial planning stages of the development through to completion. We have provided advice at every step of the process from consultancy on individual shop layouts and advice on marketing material, through to the inception and implementation of the female focused strategy for the scheme.

WESTFIELD STRATFORD CITY, LONDONClient: WestfieldCushman & Wakefield is the leasing agents of Westfield Stratford City in East London, the largest shopping centre in Europe with over 400 stores, 70 restaurants and 5,000 car parking spaces. Footfall was 46.2 m in 2015 and continues to grow annually. Recent lettings include: Missguided, IKEA, Diesel, Moss Bros, Rockar, Cath Kidston, Stradivarius, Lindex, American Eagle, Thornton’s, Potbelly and Levi Roots.

TH REAL ESTATE, EDINBURGH ST JAMES, SCOTLAND Edinburgh St James is one of the biggest regeneration projects currently under way in the UK with up to 750,000 sq. ft. of prime space, including three retail floors, a catering level, cinema, hotel and residential. This will create a vibrant and exciting place to live, visit and shop in the heart of Edinburgh. Cushman & Wakefield is appointed as joint Retail and Leisure leasing agents. Construction for Edinburgh St James is scheduled to start in 2016 with completion due in 2020.

INTU TRAFFORD CENTREINTU Trafford Centre provides 2,000,000 sq. ft. of retail, catering and leisure space. Tenants include Selfridges, John Lewis and Debenhams with recent lettings to Zara, Pull & Bear, Stradivarious, Zara Home and Michael Kors. Cushman & Wakefield is the retail leasing agent.

WAHACA, NATIONAL Cushman & Wakefield is retained to expand the Thomasina Miers founded premium restaurant brand across the UK. We have secured Wahaca sites in London, Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Brighton and Watford. Cushman & Wakefield has been instrumental in building a strategic expansion plan and carefully selecting sites. We are also instructed to acquire sites for Wahaca’s more casual sister brand, DF Mexico.

BRENT CROSS, LONDON Cushman & Wakefield has advised on this flagship shopping centre from its original construction. It now prepares to enter a new phase with a major extension and refurbishment. Acting on behalf of Hammerson and Standard Life, Cushman & Wakefield is providing a wide range of development advice, including local authority negotiations, site assembly and viability. The scheme has planning permission and work is progressing on the implementation of the shopping centre and wider Cricklewood area development. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield are retained to lease at Brent Cross, covering 850,000 sq. ft. of prime retail with 8,000 free car parking spaces. Brent Cross is anchored by John Lewis and Fenwick. Cushman & Wakefield is also working on the extension which will add an additional 850,000 sq. ft. of retail and leisure space, due to open in 2021.

SONY CENTRE, BERLIN, GERMANY The Sony Center, a multi-use center in the heart of Berlin, located at the Potsdamer Platz. Cushman & Wakefield has been providing property management services for more than 10 years, with 3 changes of ownership over the last decade. Current focus is on service charge reconciliation, tenant supervision and accounting.

LE PIRAMIDI, TORRI DI QUARTESOLO VI, ITALYWhen the traditional shopping centre was still a dominant format in Italy, Le Piramidi stood out as the first “American style” mall: with refined internal decorations, no food anchor, a wide articulated gallery offering a distinctive shopping experience, and an engaging marketing program. Since early Nineties Le Piramidi established itself as a market leader and a destination for shopping and leisure, attracting visitors not only from the town of Vicenza, but from a wide-spread hinterland region characterized by high expenditure. In 2007 an extensive refurbishment, carried out without interfering with retail activities, further enhanced the mall image, awareness and value for its landlords.

OLD SPITALFIELDS MARKET, LONDON, UKTribeca Holdings appointed Cushman & Wakefield in March 2014 with the aim of positioning the asset as an internationally renowned market destination. In order to achieve this, full retail strategy alignment was required with an overhaul of all management procedures. The property now attracts circa 8m visitors per annum and is one of London’s top retail destinations.

FORUM CASTELO BRANCO, CASTELO BRANCO, PORTUGALCushman & Wakefield has been managing Forum Castelo Branco since 2010. We have improved the tenant mix by leasing a 2,000 sq m unit to H&M to replace the underperforming cinemas; replaced the centre manager as well as reduced the number of on-site staff and renegotiated all service contracts, achieving an overall reduction in service charges of 16% since 2010.

ISLAZUL, MADRID, SPAINCushman & Wakefield was instructed to perform the integrated management of the 90,000 sqm shopping centre in 2014, after its purchase by THRE. Since the instruction, C&W has implemented multiple actions which resulted in a consolidation and improvement of the retail offer, a higher BREEAM rating, a reduction of the service charges budget by 5% and an increase in footfall by 7.5% and total sales by 14%. In 2016 Islazul has been awarded by the AECC (Spanish Council of Shopping Centres) with two awards: Best Environmental Campaign and Best Shopping Centre Marketing Campaign.

ZŁOTE TARASY, WARSAW, POLANDZłote Tarasy is one of the most spectacular and unique world-class city centre retail projects in Europe. The multi-award winning centre is one of the three largest shopping centres that dominate the retail landscape in Warsaw and is the only one of these centres managed by a third-party provider. Cushman & Wakefield has been managing this project for five years. The service that we provide includes full Asset Services, strategic leasing & marketing, financial reporting, corporate accounting and sustainability advice. Over the last 5 years we have re-leased over 2/3 of the leasable area and achieved a 16% increase in rental income.
