Just Speak The Word!“Healing”

“Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for You are my praise.”

(Jeremiah 17:14)

“And He answered, ‘It is not right (proper, becoming, or fair) to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little

dogs’.”(Matthew 15:26)

(The Lord was speaking of spiritual healing, thus the saying “healing is the children’s bread”)

~ HEALING ~What God says about it…

“So Abraham prayed to God, and God healed Abimelech and his wife and his female slaves, and they bore children.”

(Genesis 20:17)

<<<>>>

“…There [the Lord] made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there He proved them, saying, ‘If you will diligently hearken to the

Voice of the Lord your God and will do what is right in His sight, and will listen to and obey His commandments and keep all His statutes,

I will put none of the diseases upon you which I brought upon the Egyptians, for I Am the Lord Who heals you.”

(Exodus 15:25b-26)

<<<>>>

“You shall serve the Lord your God; He shall bless your bread and water,

and I will take sickness from your midst.”(Exodus 23:25)

<<<>>>

“He sends forth His Word and heals them and rescues them from the pit and destruction.”

(Psalm 107:20)

<<<>>>

“So the report of Him spread throughout all Syria, and they brought Him all who were sick, those afflicted with various diseases and torments, those under the power of demons, and epileptics, and

paralyzed people, and He healed them.”(Matthew 4:24)

<<<>>>

“And thus He fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah, He Himself took [in order to carry away] our weaknesses and infirmities

and bore away our diseases.”(Matthew 8:17)

“For she kept saying, if I only touch His garments, I shall be restored to health. And immediately her flow of blood was dried up

at the source, and [suddenly] she felt in her body that she was healed of her

[distressing] ailment… And He said to her, ‘Daughter, your faith (your trust and confidence in Me, springing from faith in God) has

restored you to health. Go in (into) peace and be continually healed and freed from your [distressing bodily] disease’.”

(Mark 5:28-30, 35)

<<<>>>

“And Jesus said to him, ‘Go your way; your faith has healed you’. And at once he received his sight and accompanied Jesus on the

road.”(Mark 10:52)

<<<>>>

“But when the crowds learned of it, [they] followed Him; and He welcomed them and talked to them about the kingdom

of God, and healed those who needed restoration to health.”(Luke 9:11)

<<<>>>

“Is anyone among you sick? He should call in the church elders (the spiritual guides). And they should pray over him, anointing him with

oil in the Lord’s name. And the prayer [that is] of faith will save him

who is sick, and the Lord will restore him; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.”

(James 5:15)

<<<>>>

“He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar

and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.”

(I Peter 2:24)

<<<>>>

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and

prospers.”(3 John 1:2)

<<<>>>

What I say about it…Lord, I thank You that no matter what my body says, my

friends say, my enemy says, or any doctor says, I choose to believe, accept and walk in the truth of Your Word…that I am healed; from the crown of my head, to the souls of my feet, from fingertip to fingertip, inside and outside, I am healed,

just because You said so! So I say AMEN (so be it)! Thank You, Lord

Just Speak The Word! “Lack/Provision”

“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the Rock and firm

Strength of my heart and my Portion forever.”(Psalm 73:26)

“The Lord is my portion or

share, says my living being (my

inner self); therefore will I hope in Him &

wait

“I cried to You, O Lord; I said, ‘You are my refuge, my Portion in the land of the living.”

(Psalm 142:5)

~ LACK/PROVISION ~What God says about it…

“The Lord is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack.”

(Psalm 23:1)

<<<>>>

“The young lions lack food and suffer hunger, but they who seek (inquire of and require) the Lord [by right of their need and on the

authority of His Word], none of them shall lack any beneficial thing.”

(Psalm 34:10)

<<<>>>

“Let those who favor My righteous cause and have pleasure in My uprightness shout for joy and be glad and say continually,

‘Let the Lord be magnified, Who takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servant’.”

(Psalm 35:27)

<<<>>>

“They shall not be put to shame in the time of evil; and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. I have been young and now

am old, yet have I not seen the [uncompromisingly] righteous forsaken or their seed begging bread. All day

long they {the uncompromisingly righteous} are merciful and deal graciously; they lend,

and their offspring are blessed.”(Psalm 37:19, 25-26)

{bracketed {} insertion mine)

<<<>>>

“Blessed be the Lord, Who bears our burdens and carries us day by day, even the God Who is our salvation!

Selah [pause and calmly think of that]!”(Psalm 68:19)

<<<>>>

“He becomes poor who works with a slack and idle hand, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. He who gathers in summer is a

wise son, but he who sleeps in harvest is a son who causes shame.”(Proverbs 10:4-5)

<<<>>>

“Behold, the Lord God will come with might, and His arm will rule for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him, and His recompense

before Him. He will feed His flock like a shepherd: He will gather the lambs in his arm, He will carry them in His bosom and will

gently lead those that have their young.”(Isaiah 40:10-11)

<<<>>>

“Thus says the Lord: ‘Cursed [with great evil] is the strong man {or woman} who trusts in and relies on frail man, making weak [human]

flesh his arm, and whose mind and heart turn aside from the Lord. For he {or she} shall be like a shrub or a person naked and

destitute in the desert; and he {or she} shall not see any good come, but shall dwell in the parched places in the wilderness,

in an uninhabited salt land. [Most] blessed is the man {or woman} who believes in, trusts in, and relies on the Lord,

and whose hope and confidence the Lord is. For he {or she} shall be like a tree planted by the waters that spreads out its roots by the river; and it shall not see and fear when heat comes; but its leaf shall be green. It shall not be anxious and full

of care in the year of drought, nor shall it cease yielding fruit’.”(Jeremiah 17:5-8)

“No one can serve two masters; for either he {or she} will hate the one and love the other, or he {or she} will stand by and be devoted to the one and despise and be against the other. You cannot serve

God and mammon (deceitful riches, money, possessions, or whatever is trusted in). Therefore, I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy

(anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink; or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more

excellent] than clothing? Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father

keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they? And who of you, by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of

measure (cubit) to his stature or to the span of his life? And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field and learn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin. Yet I tell you, even Solomon, in all his magnificence (excellence, dignity,

and grace) was not arrayed like one of these (1 Kings 10:4-7). But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and green

and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore, do not worry and be anxious, saying, ‘What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear?

For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need

them all. But seek (aim at and strive after), first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides. So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble”

(Matthew 6:24-34)(Parenthetical & bracketed {} inserts mine)

<<<>>>

“Keep on asking and it will be given to you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking [reverently] and [the door] will be

opened to you. For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, [the

door] will be opened.”(Matthew 7:7-8)

“And whatever you ask for in prayer, having faith and [really] believing, you will receive.”

(Matthew 21:22)

<<<>>>

“Give, and [gifts] will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will they pour into [the pouch

formed by] the bosom [of your robe and used as a bag]. For with the measure you deal out [with the measure you use when you confer

benefits on others], it will be measured back to you.”(Luke 6:38)

<<<>>>

“And He said to them, ‘When I sent you out with no purse or [provision] bag or sandals, did you lack anything?’ They answered,

‘Nothing!’”(Luke 22:35)

<<<>>>

“And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according

to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 4:19)

<<<>>>

“Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for He [God] Himself has said, ‘I will, not in any way fail you, nor give you up, nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will]

not, in any degree, leave you helpless, nor forsake, nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]’. So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, ‘The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be

terrified]. What can man do to me?”(Hebrews 13:5-6)

Lord, I thank You that I don’t have to worry about what I will eat, drink or wear or

even how I will pay my bills, because I know that You care about me. I know that

You can, and will, take better care of me than I ever could of myself. As long as I

continue to trust in You, trust Your love for me, and to stand on the promises

I find in Your Word, everything will be as it should be. I know this to be true

because You said so! Thank You for your faithful provision, Lord.

AMEN (so be it)! Thank You, Lord!

“And if any woman has an unbelieving husband and he consents to live with her,

What I say about it…“Lord, I am thankful that throughout the lifetimes of my children, You have shown Yourself faithful to Your Word concerning them. I have

they have become adults and have children of their own. You have proven to

me over and over again that there is no safer place for them and their children,

and their children’s children, to be than in Your hands. Your word says

that You are not a man that You should lie, neither the son of man that

You would even have to change Your mind about anything You’ve said (Numbers 23:19). So based on that promise, I will continue

to trust You with the jewels of my heart. AMEN (so be it) and thank You, Lord!
