MOH Spectrum:

2. The horizontal cross phase measurement across the coupling is ~30 degree. In combination with the high peaks of the spectra in point 1 (misalignment symptom), it maight be indicating that the phase is shifted from the radial to the axial direction.The Axial cross phase measurement has shown a 174 degree phase shift across the coupling. As a companion to the point 1, this axial phase shift is much indicative of the misalignment.

D. The lube oil of the pump is to the proper level.E. The last greasing for the motors was done on 03.2020. bearing grease starvation is suspected

due to the following indications:1. smearing (high-pitched) sound can be heard from the motor.2. Pulses are observed in the time waveform signal which might be an indication of a

bearing lubrication problem. And also it is a sign that the bearing is subjecting to shocks (that is also could be a misalignment effect on the bearing) The following TWF captured from MIH

F. The mechanical seal: large salt accomulation on the gland.

Recommendations:

1. M6 notification will be created to change the monitoring frequency to 2 weekly.2. M1 notification will be created to clean the mechancial seal gland on pump switch off

opportunity.3. Greasing the motor bearings may decrease the vibration. Grease shot should be accompanied

by live vibration monitoring of MIH/MOH. Greasing should be stopped if the vibration will be increased.

4. Before checking/rectifying the misalignment, live vibration monitoring of the MOH/MIH during the switch off to verify if the 1x & 2X peaks are motor running speed peaks or electrical fault peaks (line frequency peaks Lf/2XLf).

5. The misalignment to be verified then rectified.6. If high vibration is observed after the alignment, motor solo run test should be carried out for

further investigation.
