Learning Task: People feel stressed for many different reasons. Which situation do you think is most stressful and which is least stressful. Cut out these statements and place them in rank order (most stressful first and least stressful last). Then compare your rankings with a family member and discuss any similarities and differences. You have to take a maths test. You have to visit your very ill grandmother who is dying. You lost your money. You start a new school. Your best friend has gone off with someone else. Your computer has broken down. Your Mum/Dad/Carers keep arguing. Your parents/carers are getting a divorce/splitting up. You have to move house. You are going on holiday. Your Brother keeps bullying you. Your pet has died.
