Conservation Area North Side The wetland buffer that runs along the north side of the property is considered a conservation area, and as such this space behind the conservation signs on top of the swale cannot be touched or mowed. This is a natural area that is being monitored and reported to Orange County by a 3 rd party contractor on a quarterly basis. The concerns about the survival of the plant material that was installed is being monitored as well. The goal is for the conservation area to return to its natural state.
