*Reference the document “Search Engine Optimization (S.E.O.) tips” (located in the “Website-GTxcel” folder on the FTP site) for further instructions and tips on SEO.

7) Click “Select image” to upload a cover image from your computer.8) Mark the checkboxes next to “Is Published?” and “Current Issue?” if this is the newest issue and you’d like

the issue to go live on your site.*You can upload all of your articles into the issue without having them go live on your site… just wait to click the two checkboxes until you’re ready for them to go live.*You can have all of your articles be published, but without that “Is Published?” checkbox selected, the articles will NOT appear live on your site.*The “Current Issue?” checkbox indicates to Rivista that this is the most current issue… and is very important because there are modules on the sites that are set to only pull in articles from the most current issue (i.e. the homepage.)

9) Click “Update.”

Now that we have the issue uploaded, we can begin to add articles within it…

12) After you’ve updated the page, a section should appear towards the bottom of the page that says “Articles in this issue.” Click “New Article”

13) Type in the desired Title, Subtitle, Byline, and Summary.15) Clicked the “Published” check box if you want the article to go live on your site.

*REMINDER: If the issue itself is not published, the articles can be published, but will not appear on your site until the issue is published.

You may wish to resize your photos to approx 300 pixels wide in a photo editing software prior to uploading.

17) Add a photo credit or photo description if desired.
