• We have specific rules to encourage accountability and commitment.

• Make sure you are aware of them so you don’t miss out on the cash prizes at the end of the challenge.

• Your coach can also be of help if you are not clear about them.

• It is all about staying focused throughout the 6 weeks!

ViVa Weight Loss Challenge

Rules of the Challenge:

$49 per person

• $25 of that is given back to 3 people in the class at the end of the 6 week period (1 Winner and 2 runner ups) the rest is for administrative costs.

The contest is based on % of total body weight lost. Cash prizes are awarded to those who have lost the largest percentage in body weight.

ViVa Weight Loss Challenge

• We have specific rules to encourage accountability and commitment i.e. No absences allowed. (If absent once or more you may be out of the race for the cash prize, unless due to an emergency).

• Each week the participants weigh in and consult with the coaches, who offer suggestions and options to reach your ideal body weight and composition.

• Each participant must fill out our On-line Food Diary ( or hand in a hard copy each week before class)

Protein:

• Women should have about 75 grams of protein and 1200 calories a day.

• Men should have about 125 grams of protein and 1800 calories a day.

• Composed of 22 amino acids, otherwise known as the building blocks of life.

Protein:

• Protein is stored in muscles and organs and the body utilises it to build and repair tissues.

• Our daily protein requirements should be 10% to 35% of our total caloric intake.

• A lack of protein can cause loss of muscle mass, decreased immunity, as well as weakening of the heart and respiratory system.
