LOOK UNTO JESUS – The Author and perfecter of your
faith. Hebrews 12:1-2 says – “Therefore, since we are
surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us
throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily
entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race
marked out for us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer
and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he
endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at
the right hand of the throne of God.”
We need endurance to Run – Endurance is the power to
last, to stand without giving up and bearing with
patience. Use the author of Faith to Win the battle in His
name.
Life in this fallen world is full of suffering that test our faith
in God. The Christian walk required endurance because
we battle along the way. We are not promise to have an
easy ahead of us and we need enduring faith to
understand God’s good grace.
