Thank you to Ms. Casanova and Ms. Daze for organizing this service opportunity for our students. It is a tradition on Halloween that the 7 th and 8 th Graders put on a carnival for the younger students. Students arrive in costume and the entire school participates in a parade around the volleyball courts. Awards are given in three categories for each class. This is followed by games, a haunted house and lunch. There will be more information in next week’s bulletin. Please remember when helping your child select on a costume for Halloween, not to have your child in overly violent or suggestive clothing. Students should wear safe shoes, also and not have any weapons with their costume. This is a fun day and all are invited to participate. The carnival runs from 10 AM- 1:00 PM and students in TK-6 may leave with their parents after the carnival at 1 PM. The 7 th and 8 th Grade will stay until 3 PM to help clean up the campus. The money raised is used to offset the cost of the yearbook. The teachers and I look forward to Parent Teacher Conferences over the next few weeks.
