To receive this free dental treatment, parents have to give their consent in the Consent for Dental Treatment Form. After breakfast Before bedtime Things to note In the morning before breakfast, rinse mouth with a cup of warm salt water. At night after brushing, no more drinking of sweet drink or milk. Parents who drive are allowed to let their children alight at the foyer from 6.45 am to 7.45 am. To ensure smooth traffic flow, parents are advised to make a left-turn when making an exit via the school main gate. Reporting to School in the morning P1 recess: 9.30 am to am Buddy Programme Primary One students will be assigned a buddy from P5 level. Parents are allowed into the school during recess on 4 January 2016, Monday (first day only) and are to remain behind the cordoned area. The school main gate will be open from 9.15 am to 9.30 am for parents to enter. Kindly refrain from parking in the school due to limited parking lots. Recess ( ) P1 students will be dismissed at 1.15 pm from 4 th January 2016 (Monday) to 6 th January 2016 (Wednesday) [ First 3 days ] Parents can come to the hall at 1.15 pm and fetch your child (after you have informed Form Teacher/ Subject teacher) From 7 th January 2016 (Thursday) onwards, they will be dismissed at 1.30 pm Parents are requested to wait for their children outside the designated gate Dismissal Arrangement ( ) Students will be dismissed class by class. Students taking the school buses will assemble in the hall (i.e. Bus 1, Bus 2 etc) Dismissal Arrangement School Plan SIDE GATE B (orange gate) SIDE GATE A (blue gate) Canteen Hall Dismissal Gates Orange gate (behind school canteen, beside the bus stop) Blue gate (near to multi-storey carpark Blk 405) Students must observe road safety rules when crossing the road. Parents accompanying their children are requested to be role models in observing road safety. Students Taking the Public Bus or LRT Students must use pedestrian crossings or overhead bridges. Students must use the overhead bridge (next to orange gate) to cross over to the bus stop. Students Taking the Public Bus or LRT For safety reasons, parents who are driving are requested not to wait in their cars along the roads outside the school. Parents are to park their vehicles in the nearby multi-storey car park at block 405 or 407. Parents are to fetch their children from the Blue Gate (near block 406). Students Going Back via Car Important Students Details Ensure details are complete (front and back) Students must put on his/her coloured name tag for easy identification at least for 1 month Dismissal arrangement (confirm with class teacher later): Red sticker: Bus Orange sticker: Orange Gate Blue sticker: Blue Gate School Procedures Obtain visitors pass from security post (beside school main gate) Report to the General Office before moving around the school compound Safety & Security of Students At Home Seek medical attention and inform the school In School Your child should inform the teacher You will be informed to come to school to bring your child back if necessary Children not Feeling Well / Emergencies Should there be a need to bring a child home early, please go to the General Office to seek permission Do not go directly to the classroom to look for the child All parents must sign in at the Security Post and fill in the necessary information in the Permission to Leave School Early file in the General Office Leaving School Early Please make an appointment earlier if you wish to meet a teacher or school leader to discuss matters pertaining to your child Report to the General Office when you have arrived Meeting Teachers / School Leaders School Rules Can be found in students diary Be present and punctual for all school activities Be properly attired Modification to the school uniform/PE attire is not allowed Students hair should be kept neat and tidy Be gracious and show respect at all times Be well behaved & respectful at all times Students who are Singapore citizens must sing the National Anthem and place the right fist over the left side of the chest when reciting the Pledge School Rules Be proud of Own Work Students must hand in all written assignments and projects on time Be proud of the School Keep the school clean. Parents are requested to make payment first.
