MEMBERSHIP FACTS & FIGURES As of 30 June 2011 For more than a century, Rotarians have been providing humanitarian service to their communities and around the world. We’ve committed more than US$1 billion to global polio eradication efforts, helping to reduce the incidence of polio by more than 99 percent. We’ve awarded more than $532 million in scholarships to 40,000 students since 1947. We’ve been involved in countless service projects to provide clean water, health care, and other essentials to people in need.
