reports was never
seen as a priority.

• Once we went live, users suddenly realised that they didn’t have the reports they needed.
Ad Hoc Query Only Took Us So Far
• Standard tools like Ad Hoc Query and Wage Type Reporter worked for the basic reports, but there was a gap when it came to more complex reports.
