Our specialised oncology massage therapists provide their services to patients in day oncology and to our inpatients. Please see your nurse if you are interested. Massage is also available in the Wellness Centre by appointment. Appointment Bookings: ONJCWC Level 3 Reception - 9496 9838 Acupuncture Acupuncture is provided by medical acupuncturist Dr Ian Relf. Acupuncture is currently available to patients with breast cancer. People with pain, shoulder problems or lymphoedema may find this acupuncture service beneficial. A referral from a doctor is required. Acupuncture bookings: ONJCWC Level 3 Reception - 9496 9838 Art Therapy Art therapy provides a space where you can relax, relieve emotional distress; explore and express your emotions and share your journey. Art Therapy is conducted individually or in small groups to support, enhance and provide insight into our physical, mental and emotional well being. Self -expression through the art process can be transformative, healing and fun! No prior art skills necessary. Learn to Massage with Confidence Monday 15th June - 2-4pm A program for people with cancer who are having treatment at ONJ and their families and carers to

attend together. Family members and carers will learn how to give a relaxing massage, tailored to the individual situation of the person with cancer. Massage can be done seated or lying down, Privacy will be respected at all times.

Gentle YogaRelax, re-energise and gently mobilise stiff joints with a style of yoga that avoids strong physical postures. Gentle Yoga is suited to those suffering from or recovering from injury or illness.June’s sessions are fully booked. Term 3 commences on the 30th July.
