wenham carter offers a fully managed advertised selection service whereby the consultant and resource team take responsibility for every step of the process. we work closely with clients in establishing the requirements of the role and then identifying the appropriate media or websites. we book the advertising space and work with our advertising agency in designing, wording and laying out the advert. once the advertisement appears we manage and assess the response and select suitable candidates for the client to interview. the consultant will then meet with you and present the details of selected shortlisted candidates. once a successful candidate has been secured we will keep in regular contact with them throughout the final stages ensuring that the offer is one that they will accept and any counter offer situations are overcome.

wenham carter has built up an unrivalled network of engineers, consultants and subject Matter experts who have long and distinguished track records working specifically within the technology, Media and telecoms markets on a global basis. available at the shortest possible notice and for as long as they are needed these individuals and teams can offer immediate impact to deliver a complete technical implementation, kick-start a project, provide cover until permanent hires are made or assist in the preparation and delivery of bids.
