Your Personal Invitation to Participate in
O n behalf of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) Board of Directors, the 2015 Conference
Committee, and DC Velocity magazine, we invite your company to exhibit in the WIRE trade show. Held concurrently with the Conference, WIRE (the Warehousing Industry Resources Event) offers strategic exhibit time in a relaxed environment that encourages networking and the opportunity to build relationships.
The Conference will be held May 3–6, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Orlando, Florida and draws nearly 1,100 highly targeted, senior-level participants every year. These professionals are the buying decision makers for the products and services utilized in facilities throughout their supply chains.
They come to the Conference looking to network for new ideas and innovative solutions from suppliers both large and small—which is exactly what they find at WIRE. More than 91% of attendees make it a point to visit the WIRE show at least once during their time at the Conference. Of those who attend, 75% rate their WIRE experience as “Good” or “Excellent,” because they find the solutions they need in a casual, low-pressure environment.
Because WIRE is a smaller, more intimate show than others in our industry, its atmosphere encourages exhibitors and attendees to engage on a more personal level and for a longer period of time. More than 82% of 2014 attendees spent from one to three (or more!) hours talking with industry suppliers at WIRE.
Further, attendees arrive ready to spend. The registration fee required to reserve a seat at the Conference draws serious buyers… those who have active projects in the works and seek both new ideas and innovative equipment solutions to implement.
How do we know? Because they told us. Here’s actual feedback from three different 2014 Conference attendees:
“The sessions are informative, networking opportunities are plentiful, and the WIRE exhibits provide ideas that can be brought back to my network for implementation.”
“We saw a trailer restraint company at WIRE, and my company is seriously evaluating the use of several of their devices.”
“Each year I continue to find new equipment, processes, software, and people that can enhance my company’s performance with regard to our supply chain.”
WIRE 2015 will again be held on Monday and Tuesday of the Conference. This maximizes attendance, enhances the WIRE experience for both attendees and exhibitors, and offers more Supplier Presentation Theater slots. With no other programming scheduled during WIRE hours, exhibitors do not compete for attendee attention.
Exhibit space is limited, so call to reserve your spot today. You won’t want to miss this chance to showcase your products.
We look forward to meeting you in Orlando!

Why should my company exhibit at WIRE?If you’re a manufacturer or distributor of products and services utilized in warehouses and distribution centers, and want to reach key buyers throughout warehousing, distribution, logistics and supply chains… then your company should exhibit at WIRE.
There’s no better way to introduce and demonstrate your new products and services, build brand awareness, solidify industry partnerships, and obtain high quality sales leads than through face-to-face dealings with interested buyers by exhibiting at WIRE.
While Conference attendees always represent a broad range of industries—including manufacturing, wholesalers, third-party logistics, consultants, educators, government, consumer packaged goods, automotive and more—the 2015 installment will feature a new series of targeted information topics.
NEW! Based on feedback from both past attendees and exhibitors, select presentations will focus on the challenges faced by niche handling practitioners:
Health Care/Pharmaceutical Retail Reverse Logistics Manufacturing
Need more reasons? Check out the comprehensive list of exhibitor and sponsor benefits on pages 8–9. Customized event sponsorship opportunities are available to meet your objectives and your budget.
