• The attachment function was added after initial rollout as managers and Compensation wanted

• Guided process and less confusion for manager

• Shortcoming – JO requests manually created by Admin

• We require all CW be reported to and tracked by HR

• CW are incorporated in appropriate data loaded to IIQ/Active Directory

• Managers can see and manage CW• Follow-up process in place

Conclusion

• Currently no link from custom Job Opening or Contingent Worker process to PS admin pages

• Will look at using 9.2 tools for further enhancements

• 110 project hours well spent!
