RECREATION FACILITIES

Tennis no charge We have four 4 Har-Tru tennis courts that may be reserved from May 1st through October.

Locker Rooms no charge The mens and ladies locker rooms both have steam baths, lockers and full shower facilities.

Volley Ball no charge We are happy to set up a beach volleyball net for your guests

Private Beach no charge Non golfers can enjoy our private beach while they await the golfers

Pool no charge Our 4 season indoor heated mineral pool is available for your non golfers for a maximum of 2 hours.

YES!

HOW DO I SECURE A DATE?

To reserve a date, we require a non refundable deposit to re-serve both golf and food and beverage service. Upon receipt of your deposit and signed agreement, we will begin the planning process. Your final guest count and final list of players is due 14 days in advance of your function, in multiples of four. This is the minimum count and cannot be reduced, regardless of how many guests actually attend the event. The final payment for golf and food and beverage is required 14 days in advance of your outing.

WHAT ABOUT A RAIN DATE?

As long as the course is playable and carts are allowed, the event will proceed as scheduled. If the course is deemed un-playable, you will have the opportunity to reschedule at a mu-tually convenient date.

WHAT IS THE SPECIFIC PLAYING FORMAT FOR EVENTS HELD AT WHITE CLIFFS?

Most golf events are played in a scramble format. We have found this format allows all players to enjoy themselves while maintaining an adequate speed of play.

WHAT IS A SCRAMBLE TOURNAMENT?

1. All players tee off their own ball2. Captain selects the best shot.3. All players play each shot, each hole from the best location

(within 3 feet)4. On putting green, each player putts from best location.

WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL CONTEST HOLES?

We are happy to set up contest holes for your tournament. The Most popular contests include: longest drive, closest to the pin and longest putt.

HOW LONG IS THE ANTICIPATED ROUND?

Golf is a four– hour game. We recognize typical golf outings include a number of handicap players and therefore schedule outing based on a four and one half hour round. It is impera-tive that your players arrive on time and maintain an adequate speed of play.

GENERAL GOLF INFORMATION

WHAT ARE THE OTHER RULES OF THE COURSE?

Each player must have their own clubs

Proper golf attire is required. Players must wear collared shirts, non-metal spikes, and slacks or Bermuda shorts. Tank tops, sleeveless shirts, cut-offs, gym shorts, bathing suits and blue jeans are not permitted.

No alcoholic beverages or spectators are allowed on the course.

Only beverage coolers provided by White Cliffs will be al-lowed on the course.

These rules have been set based on years of experience in helping a diversity of groups enjoy our course.

UPON COMPLETION OF THE ROUND WHAT SHOULD THE PLAYERS DO?

Players should turn their scorecard in to the Pro Shop after their last hole of play. Most outings include a reception, so players normally proceed to the pre-assigned function area.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY EVENT?

Deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event, a cancellation charge of 100% of the total projected bill be will due.
