Initial wholesale order minimum is $100 and must be accompanied by a copy of the retailer's resale certificate. Subsequent orderminimum is $50. Pricing on this order form is valid until August 31st, 2012.
Wholesale orders are typically made to order and ship within 14 days. Rush orders are also available for an additional fee.
After your order is received, an invoice will be sent within 24 hours. Payment is due at that time and orders are not shipped until payment is received.
Payment may be made via Paypal. If you prefer to pay with a check, your order will ship when the check has cleared.
Products are shipped with hangtags or other product-specific packaging.
