Dr. Mathilde MesnardDeputy Director of the Directorate for Financial and

Enterprise Affairs, OECD

Mathilde is Deputy Director for Financial and Enterprise Affairs of the OECD,covering financial markets, international investment, corporate governance,competition and anti-corruption. Previously, she was Coordinator of theNew Approaches to Economic Challenges (NAEC) Initiative and SeniorAdvisor to the OECD Secretary-General. She launched an OECD-wide projecton integrity and anti-corruption. From 2001-2009, she was an economistworking on corporate governance and developed the OECD Guidelines oncorporate governance of SOEs. Ms. Mesnard previously held positions asmanagement consultant with Deloitte & Touche and Financial Analyst atCitibank. She holds a PhD in Economics from the EHESS, a Master’s Degreein Finance from the ESCP, and an MBA from Drexel University.

Mr. Hyungcheol YooDeputy Director General for Public Institutions

Innovation, Ministry of Economy and Finance, Korea

Mr. Hyungcheol Yoo is a Deputy Director General for Public InstitutionsInnovation at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Korea. Mr. Yoo beganhis professional career in 1994 at the Ministry. He has an extensiveexperience in formulating and implementing macroeconomic policies and hasworked in various areas of economic policy making including publicinnovation, international finance, tax policy and trade policy. He alsopreviously held senior positions at Inter-American Development Bank (IDBInvest) and Permanent Korea Delegation to the OECD. He obtained both BAand MA in economics from Seoul National University of Korea. He alsofinished the Ph.D. coursework in Economics at University of Manchester andSeoul National University.

Mr. Hans ChristiansenSenior Economist, Head of the OECD Working Party

on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices

Mr. Hans Christiansen is a Senior Economist in the OECD CorporateGovernance and Corporate Finance Division. He joined the Division afterprevious postings in the OECD Investment Division, Financial AffairsDivision and the Economics Directorate. Prior to joining OECD, heworked for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Switzerland.Mr. Christiansen’s currently acts as the secretary to the OECD WorkingParty on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices, which is thecustodian of the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of SOEs. Hiscurrent assignments includes OECD’s ongoing projects on State-OwnedEnterprises in the World Economy, OECD’s new work stream on fightingcorruption in SOEs, responsibility for the OECD Network on CorporateGovernance of Asian SOEs, as well as reforming the SOE sectors in anumber of countries including by conducting country reviews. A Danishnational, he holds a graduate degree in Political Economics from theUniversity of Copenhagen.

Shri Sailesh is a 1985 batch, Assam-Meghalaya (RR) cadre officer ofIndian Administrative Service (IAS). Presently, he is Secretary,Department of Public Enterprises in the Ministry of Heavy Industries &Public Enterprises. Earlier, he has served as Secretary, Ministry ofMinority Affairs, Registrar General and Census Commissioner of Indiaand Additional Secretary/Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs,Government of India. He has vast administrative experience over last 30years and has worked in senior positions in Government of India andGovernment of Assam in Power Sector, Home Department, Youth Affairs& Sports, Heavy Industries, etc. Shri Sailesh holds a Masters Degree inEconomics from Delhi School of Economics (1982) and PGDM from MDI,Gurgaon (1993). He is an alumnus of Graduate Research Institute forPolicy Studies (GRIPS), Tokyo, Japan where he did his Masters inInternational Development Studies (2003).

Mr. Ho Duc Thang Deputy Director, General Department, Commission for the

Management of State Capital at Enterprises, Viet Nam

Ho Duc Thang is the Deputy Director of the General Department at theCommission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises. He haspreviously worked as Deputy Director of Information Technology Center atthe Ministry of Transport of Hanoi, Vietnam. Ho Duc Thangs received a Ph.D.in 2013 from the University of Nottingham – UK. PhD in Computer Sciencewith a research topic: “Applying fuzzy set in automatic control”, and also in2006, a First Class Honour Graduation in Computer Technology at the sameinstitution. In 2017, he engaged in government-sponsored projects such asthe Vietnam Software and IT Services Association, which is a research onscientific basis and practice to develop a standard framework for nationaldigital information exchange

Mr. Zhu KaiDeputy Director, State-owned Assets Supervision and

Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) , China

Mr. Zhu Kai holds a PhD in law, graduated from Law School Tsinghuauniversity. He joined SASAC in 2003, and has participated in drafting policieson state-owned assets supervision regime and SOE reforms, engaging inbilateral and multilateral negotiations involving SOE issues, as well asinternational corporations of SASAC and central SOEs, promoted centralSOEs’ international businesses and overseas operations over the past 17years. At present, Mr. Zhu Kai is Deputy Director General of Bureau ofInternational Corporations, SASAC.

Mrs. Arfin Ara BegumDirector General, State Owned Enterprise (SOE) Monitoring

Cell, BangladeshMrs. Arfin Ara Begum is an Additional Secretary to the Government of the Peoples'Republic of Bangladesh. Currently, she is the Director General of the State OwnedEnterprise (SOE) Monitoring Cell, within the Ministry of Finance. As the DirectorGeneral, she leads the financial oversight of non-financial SOEs and since 2018, SOEgovernance reform. Mrs. Begum's experience working in the civil service ofBangladesh spans 32 years, during which she has held several senior positions,including Deputy Director, Export Promotion Bureau, Deputy Secretary, and JointSecretary, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance.Mrs. Arfin Ara Begum is a graduate of Flinders University, Australia where she earneda Master in Public Administration; Twente University (ITC) Netherlands where sheearned a Professional Master in Geo-Information System for Cadastral Applicationsand from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh, where she earned a degree in Economics.Passionate about writing, she has authored several articles, journals and books."Employment Generation and Poverty Alleviation through SME Cluster Developmentin Bangladesh," is one of her notable works published in an international journal.Committed to nation-building, she extends her expertise to various nationalcommittees and Government boards.

Mr. Thomas PanellaChief of the Water Sector Group, ADB

Tom Panella is the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB’s) Chief of WaterSector Group and leads policy, knowledge, and portfolio innovation, andhe served as ADB Afghanistan Country Director from 2014-17. He joinedADB in 2003 and has led water operations in Central, South, andSoutheast Asia including postings in Indonesia directing the water andclimate change programs and Uzbekistan as head of operations. Heworked at the World Bank from 2000 to 2002 as a Water ResourcesManagement Specialist. He was the Southern California RegionalDirector for Tabors, Caramanis and Associates from 1989 to 1993 andserved as the Convener of the California Urban Water ConservationCouncil in 1997. He is a Member of the GWP Technical Committee, ToiletBoard Coalition Steering Committee, and AGWA Strategic AdvisoryCouncil. He has an MPP and PhD in Public Policy and MSc in Energy andResources from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Sejeong HaDeputy Executive Director, Research Centre for State-Owned

Entities, Korea Institute of Public Finance

Dr. Sejeong Ha is the Deputy Executive Director at the Research Centerfor State-Owned Entities of Korea Institute of Public Finance. He waseducated at London School of Economics, where he received a Ph.D. in2013. His research interests were initially in urban economics andhousing policy and now include a general area of public institutions inKorea such as their performance evaluation systems, fiscal soundnessand reform. His current research projects focus on the collaborationbetween the public institutions, introduction of market test to the publicinstitutions, and the like.

Mr. Aleksandras JociusHead of the Governance and Analysis Division, Governance

Coordination Centre, Lithuania

For almost five years Aleksandras worked with Lithuanian SOE sector.The work was largely focused on GCC’s role in the national ownershipmodel. Aleksandras developed GCC strategy and pursued itsimplementation: pursued increased quality of portfolio analysis,enterprise financial performance evaluation, financial and non-financialtarget setting, and provided training in strategy development andcorporate finance to state-representatives at SOE boards. The division heis leading is responsible for the preparation of aggregated reports (suchas annual SOE and MOE reports, SOE Good Governance Index),guidelines to the shareholders and SOEs in various governance areas.Aleksandras holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business, andmaster’s degrees in International Marketing and Management and inFinancial Law.

Mr. Johann Carlos S. BarcenaDirector IV, Governance

Commission for GOCCs (GCG), Philippines

Johann Carlos S. Barcena was appointed to the Governance Commissionfor GOCCs (GCG) in 2012, and serves as Director of its CorporateGovernance Office B. Director Barcena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree,major in Political Science, from the Ateneo de Manila University, whichhe obtained in 2005. In 2010, he obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degreefrom the University of the Philippines, and was admitted to thePhilippine Bar the following year. He was a Fellow under the StanfordProgram in International Legal Studies (SPILS), and obtained his Masterof the Science of Law (J.S.M.) degree from Stanford University in 2015.

Ms. Elvira KonakhbayevaCorporate Governance

Director, Samruk-Kazyna JSC

Elvira Konakhbayeva joined Samruk-Kazyna JSC in 2015. At current role, Elvirais working on integration of Corporate Governance and SustainableDevelopment principles within the Group of Samruk-Kazyna, developmentand implementation of Corporate Governance Code, Transparency Policiesand Procedures, Board assessment and election, preparation of Annualreports and Sustainability reports of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, also leading projectsrelated to IPO preparation and investor relations. Previously, Elvira served asa Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Manager at KPMG Tax and Advisory. Elviraled projects on corporate governance assessment, corporate reporting,sustainability integration and reporting for national companies of Kazakhstan.Elvira is a Bachelor of Business Economics, KIMEP, Kazakhstan. She has a longjourney in audit, corporate governance and sustainability.

Mr. Lars Erik FredrikssonChair, OECD Working Party on State Ownership and Privatisation

Practices, Sweden

Lars Erik Fredriksson is the Chair of the OECD Working Party on State Ownership andPrivatisation Practices, a body in which he has served as the Swedish delegate since2008. He is also an Investment Director of the Division for State-Owned Enterprisesat the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation in Sweden, a position he has held since2004. He specialises in corporate governance of state-owned enterprises. Lars Erikhas extensive experience in SOE ownership, including dealing with corporatisation,kprivatisation, starting new SOEs, setting up ownership policies, setting financialtargets, board recruitment and board work. He is currently a non-executive directorin seven SOEs in three countries. He holds a B.Soc.Sc. degree from UppsalaUniversity.

Mr. David RobinettSenior Public Management Specialist (State Owned Enterprise Reform),

Asian Development Bank (ADB)

David supports and coordinates ADB’s work with state owned enterprises (SOEs). Davidbegan his professional career in 2001 at the OECD and has worked on corporategovernance and state-owned enterprise policy in countries around the world, includingseveral in Asia. He also has extensive experience with the governance of listed companiesand banks. David has authored or coauthored a number of publications, including Held bythe Visible Hand: The Challenge of State Owned Enterprise Corporate Governance forEmerging Markets. Before joining the ADB, David worked at the World Bank and IFC, andhas taught economics and finance. David has an undergraduate degree from Georgetownand a PhD from The George Washington University, both located in Washington DC.

Ms. Christina ChooDirector, Institutional Relations, Americas & Institutional

Relations, Temasek International Pte Ltd., Singapore

Christina joined Temasek in 2005. Currently, Christina is part of theInstitutional Relations team that is responsible for building andenhancing Temasek’s institutional relations globally and managing andthe assessment of strategic issues that impact Temasek. Prior toTemasek, Christina was with a Temasek subsidiary as legal counsel.

Mr. Eu Jin ChuaManaging Director, Institutional Relations, Americas & Institutional

Relations, Temasek International Pte Ltd., Singapore

Eu Jin joined Temasek in 2007, and is Managing Director of the Institutional Relations &Americas teams. Between 2016-2018, he was based in Temasek’s US offices and wasresponsible for establishing the Washington DC office.Currently based in Singapore, Eu Jin manages a team responsible for building and enhancingTemasek’s institutional relations across Asia and globally. These comprise relationships withexternal stakeholders and thought-leaders, including governments, regulators, corporate andbusiness partners, nongovernmental organizations, the media and the public. He also hasresponsibility for assessing and managing of strategic issues that impact Temasek.Prior to joining Temasek, Eu Jin practised as an attorney in an English law firm in their officesin Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai, where he specialised in FDI and cross border mergers &acquisitions, and represented MNC clients in their business activities. Whilst at Temasek, hehas also been responsible for negotiations on trade treaties and bilateral investmentmatters, as well as managing investment activities.Eu Jin was awarded an Overseas Merit Scholarship by the Singapore Government, pursuantto which he graduated Bachelor of Arts (Jurisprudence) from Oxford University, UnitedKingdom. He also holds a Masters of Science (Accounting & Law) from the London School ofEconomic, United Kingdom. As an attorney, he is licensed to practice law in New York,England, Hong Kong & Singapore.

Mr. Tmetuch BaulesDirector of Administration at PPUC (Palau Public Utility

Corporation)

Mr. Baules spent 20 years working for Public Utilities. PPUC started in1995 as an Electric company but in 2013, through public law, theElectrical Operations of PPUC got merged with the NationalGovernments Water and Sewer Operations forming the new PPUC.He is Director of Administration and is in charge to oversee CorporateServices which include General Administration Departments of HumanResources, Safety and Fleet Administration, Public Relations, InformationTechnology and Procurement.

Dr. Y.R.K.Reddy (Yaga Ramesh Konda Reddy)

International Resource for Corporate Governance

Dr.Y.R.K.Reddy ( Yaga Ramesh Konda Reddy ), is among pioneers in capacity buildingfor corporate governance, foraying into the field in 1997 and focusing on SOE andBanking sectors. His international work spans about 40 countries including for theIFC / World Bank Group, AfDB, SADC-DFRC, Commonwealth Secretariat, ICGN, etc.Based in India, he is also the Founding President of The SOE Forum, France. Formerly,a distinguished Chair Professor of Strategic Management, he was also anIndependent Director in IT, manufacturing and finance sectors; a featured Columnist& author; a corporate executive and a Consultant. He was educated in India and theUK and was also a Research Fellow at Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and a Visiting Fellow atCentre for International Studies, London School of Economics.

Ms. Chung-a Park Policy Analyst, Directorate for Financial and Enterprise

Affairs, OECD

Chung-a is a Policy Analyst in the Corporate Governance and CorporateFinance Division of the OECD Directorate for Financial and EnterpriseAffairs. She has written extensively on the governance of state-ownedenterprises and international development, including ownershippractices, transparency and disclosure, board practices and greengrowth. Chung-a started a career as a newspaper journalist and hasprevious experience in development cooperation at the Koreangovernment. She holds a Master’s Degree of Public Affairs withspecialisation in economic governance from Sciences Po Paris and a B.A.from Yonsei University in Seoul.

Ms. Kristine VeierlandSenior Advisor, Ownership Department, Ministry of Trade,

Industry and Fisheries, Norway

Kristine works in the central ownership unit with ownership policy,including the implementation of the new White Paper on OwnershipPolicy "Sustainable value creation", and organizing competence-raisingseminars and meetings for the other ministries that exercises ownershipof state owned enterprises (SOEs), as well as boards and management ofSOEs. Kristine has worked in the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheriessince 2017. Prior to that she worked for the Ministry of Transport andCommunications since 2012 exercising ownership of the SOEs in therailway sector and working on the Norwegian railway reform. Kristineworked one year in HSBC Global Markets in 2008/09 in London. She hasan undergraduate degree in Government and Economics from LondonSchool of Economics and Political Science and a master in PoliticalScience from the University of Oslo.

Ms. Anne MolyneuxDirector, CS International

Anne Molyneux, is a Director of CS International, a global consulting firm. She is an experienced directorand former trustee of pension funds and is a Chartered Accountant (Fellow). She advises in corporategovernance and reporting, banking and securities regulations. She is Vice-Chair of the InternationalCorporate Governance Network (ICGN) – the global investor community with $35 trillion underinvestment. Mrs. Molyneux has developed public and private sector corporate governance practices,including for companies, banks, regulators and stock exchanges. Her work includes the development ofcorporate governance codes, board policies and practices, board and committee charters. Sheundertakes board evaluations, audit committee advice and support, scorecards for national andcompany assessments and capacity building in sustainability and corporate governance monitoring andenforcement mechanisms. In addition to private company and state-owned enterprise clients, herclients include the OECD, the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the AsianDevelopment Bank (ADB). She has wide experience in Asia, South Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe.She is a business representative and contributor to the OECD Corporate Governance SteeringCommittee. She is an invited member of the OECD Asian Corporate Governance Roundtable. Sherepresents the ICGN, the global investor community, on the International Auditing and AssuranceStandards Board (IAASB) Consultative Advisory Group, the International Ethics Standards Board forAccountants (IESBA) Consultative Advisory Group and the International Integrated Reporting Council(IIRC). She is a fellow member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Master ofManagement and is a former member of the IFRS Advisory Council.

Dr. Damber Singh KharkaDirector of Corporate Governance and Performance

Management Department, Druk Holding and Investments (BHI), Bhutan

Dr. Damber Singh Kharka has a PhD in Financial Economics and is currently Director at the DrukHolding and Investments Ltd. (DHI). DHI is the investment arm of the Royal Government ofBhutan and manages 19 State Owned Enterprises presently.Dr. Damber has been one of the pioneers in the formation of DHI after having served as a facultyfor 19 years at the Royal Institute of Management (RIM). He is an economist by profession. Hehas been actively involved in managing corporate governance and performances of the SOEs inBhutan. He is a regular in-house speaker and certified trainer on Corporate Governance andseveral other management disciplines.As a passionate teacher by heart, Dr. Damber brings in the best training methods and keepsimprovising and honing his training skills. He has several papers published in the national,regional and international referred journals and presented numerous papers in national andinternational conferences. As an avid learner and researcher aided with his long experience ascorporate board director in several companies representing different economic sectors and as atrainer of the board directors, Dr. Damber has gained sound exposure to corporate governanceand performance management systems. He is extensively involved in the business reforms andcorporate capacity development activities for SOEs in Bhutan.

Dr Ram Kumar MishraSenior Professor, Director and ONGC Subir Raha Chair Professor at the

Institute of Public Enterprise

Dr Ram Kumar Mishra is currently on the Board of the Association of ManagementDevelopment Institutions in South Asia (a SAARC recognized body) and a Government of Indianominee on the Indian National Commission for Cooperation with United Nations EducationalScientific and Cultural Organization. He is member of the committee on Public FinancialManagement setup by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has taught at theUniversity of Bradford, United Kingdom and was a visiting Professor at Maison Des Sciences DeL’ Hommes, Paris, University of Technology Mara, Malaysia, Faculty of Economics, University ofLjubljana, Slovenia. He was a member of the UN Task Force on Standards of Excellence inPublic Administration and Education. He has been a Management Consultant to severalorganizations including DFID, Deloitte, Adam Smith Institute, ADB and Centre for GoodGovernance. He was associated with the UNDP project on Macro Economics of PovertyReduction carried out by RBI Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Banking and Research. Hewas a team member of the State Fiscal Restructuring Project of the National Institute of PublicFinance and Policy. He was Vice-President, International Association of Schools and Institutesin Administration (IASIA), Brussels. He was the Chairman of the Working Group II: Public-Private-Partnership and Enterprise Management constituted by IASIA. He is a graduate ofInternational Management Programme, SDA Bocconi, Milan, Italy. He has been a Fellow ofBritish Council and Commonwealth Secretariat. He has had research stints at London BusinessSchool and Maison Des Sciences De L’ Hommes, Paris.

Ms. Zhaowen (Maggie) LinPartner of King Parallel Consulting

Zhaowen (Maggie) Lin is the partner of Beijing Kingparallel Management ConsultingCompany. Ms. Lin has extensive experience in advising regulators and policy makersto develop and implement corporate governance regulations and corporations toimprove board practices. Ms. Lin holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor ofEngineering from Tsinghua University, China, and a Master of Law from University ofBristol, United Kingdom. Ms. Lin is a trainer of corporate directors certified by theGlobal Corporate Governance Forum. Currently Ms. Lin also serves as the seniorresearch fellow of the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society. Ms Linhad served as a corporate governance professional for 12 years with theInternational Finance Corporation (“IFC”), a member of the World Bank Group. Ms.Lin had been the co-author of the “China Big Six Commercial Banks CorporateGovernance Research Report” (published by IFC and Deloitte and launched at 2019Boao Asia Forum) , “China Corporate Governance Report” (published by AsiaCorporate Governance Association), “Beyond the Balance Sheet” (published by theWorld Bank Group and won the 2019 President Award), and the Chinese version of“Board Member Nomination and Election” (by OECD).

Dr. Antonius AlijoyoBoard Member, National Committee on Governance of Indonesia, ERMCP, CERG

Dr. Antonius Alijoyo has more than 30 years of combined experiences as oversight board members,executive directors, academician, partners, and independent advisor. Currently, he is board member ofNational Committee on Governance Indonesia (NCGI) an their related CGOs (Corporate GovernanceOrganizations), such as Indonesia Institute for Director and Commissioner (LKDI) & Indonesia Institute ofAudit Committee (IKAI). He is also an independent commissioner of AIG Indonesia (American InsuranceGroup) and Tokio Marine Life Indonesia (TMLI), member of risk management committee of IndonesiaDeposit Insurance Corporation, whilst teaching at University of Parahyangan – Bandung, Indonesia. Inpromoting better practices of GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance), Dr. AntoniusAlijoyo initiated the establishment of IRMAPA (Indonesia Risk Management Professional Association),Professional Association Governance Indonesia (PAGI), and the Institute of Compliance ProfessionalIndonesia (ICoPI). Subsequently, he was appointed as the chair of Technical Committee 03-10 -NationalStandardization Agency of The Republic of Indonesia in 2015: who is responsible for the adoption of GRCStandards based on ISO series.

Dr. Lawrence LeeCEO, Corporate Governance Research Center, National Taipei University of

Business, Chinese TaipeiLawrence L. Lee is Associate Professor of Law at National Taipei University of Business. Lawrenceis the CEO of Franchise Management & Legal Compliance Research Center, NTUB.In the meantime, Lawrence is Adjunct Associate Professor at Shih Hsin University School of Law.Lawrence hand the Chain & He has been Director of Department of Financial andEconomic Law at Asia University between August 2007 and July 2008. Lawrence holds S.J.D.(equivalent to Ph.D. in Law) from Wisconsin University School of Law in 1999 and threelaw master degrees from Boston University School of Law in 1992, American UniversityWashington Law School in 1996, and Wisconsin University School of Law in 1997 respectively.Lawrence is pursuing another doctoral degree from the Centre of Commercial Law Study, QueenMary College at the University of London in the United Kingdom. Lawrence worked as a researchfellow at Columbia University School of Law from 1998 to 2000 and was a visiting scholar at NewYork University School of Law from 2001 to 2004 and from 2007 to 2009. Lawrence has expertisein financial and banking regulation, securities law, corporate law, anti-trust law, IntellectualProperty Rights, and corporate governance. Lawrence has published articles in English andChinese versions in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, the United States, and the United Kingdom.Moreover, Lawrence is an international editor of the Journal of Financial Crime (England).Lawrence was a commissioner of Taiwan Fair Trade Commission (similar to the Fair TradeCommission in the United States) from February 2010 to January 2013. Bruno Carrasco first joined the Asian Development Bank in 1993 as a YoungProfessional. In 2003, he served as Principal Financial Economist in theSouth Asia Department. He became Director, South Asia CountryCoordination and Regional Cooperation in 2008; Director, South Asia PublicManagement, Financial Sector and Trade Division in 2010; and wasappointed Chief of Governance Thematic Group in 2019. Mr. Hans Christiansen is a Senior Economist in the OECD CorporateGovernance and Corporate Finance Division. He joined the Division afterprevious postings in the OECD Investment Division, Financial AffairsDivision and the Economics Directorate. Prior to joining OECD, heworked for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Switzerland.Mr. Christiansen’s currently acts as the secretary to the OECD WorkingParty on State Ownership and Privatisation Practices, which is thecustodian of the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of SOEs. Hiscurrent assignments includes OECD’s ongoing projects on State-OwnedEnterprises in the World Economy, OECD’s new work stream on fightingcorruption in SOEs, responsibility for the OECD Network on CorporateGovernance of Asian SOEs, as well as reforming the SOE sectors in anumber of countries including by conducting country reviews. As policy analyst at the OECD, Alison has worked more than seven years onintegrity in state-owned enterprises and in the public sector more broadly,with a particular focus on control and audit, risk management and evaluation.She worked on similar topics at the Transparency International Secretariat inBerlin, involved in its National Integrity System Assessments and the GlobalCorruption Report series. Previously, Alison managed a research project forthe London School of Economics and Harvard Business School on goodpractice in private sector management and its link to company productivity.Alison has an honours degree in Economics and a Masters of InternationalPublic Policy.

Dr. Sunida SusantudState Enterprise Policy Analyst, Senior Professional Level State Enterprise Policy

Sunida joined SEPO since 2004. She has extensive experience in supervising anddeveloping SOEs in many sectors, including designing SOEs’ management andmonitoring tools. She played a key role in developing and implementing Principlesand Guidelines on Corporate Governance for State-owned Enterprises B.E. 2562(2019), in accordance with the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprise 2015 Edition. Currently, she works on designing ethical standardsfor SOEs according to the Act on Ethical Standards, B.E. 2562 (2019). Sunida has anundergraduate degree in Economics from Thammasat University, a master degree inEconomics from Chulalongkorn University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University,USA, and a PhD in Economics from Suffolk University, USA.

Marco Reggiani has been General Counsel of Snam Group since 2010.The position currently held includes the functions of Chief Legal Officer,Governance Officer, Compliance Officer, Risk Officer and Health, Safety,Environment & Quality Officer.Marco is also a member of the Snam’s Leadership Team (seniormanagement committee). He also acted as Chairman of Italgas, leadingcompany in the Italian gas distribution sector, from 2012 to 2016.Snam Group is leader in the gas utility sector in Europe, listed at MilanStock Exchange with capitalization of approximately €15 billion.Before joining Snam, Marco has covered leading roles in legaldepartments (including inter alia ethic and compliance) in the oil and gasindustry.Marco is qualified with the Milan Bar, and studied in Parma and Trento.Marco is currently Vice-Chair of the Anticorruption Committee ofBusiness at OECD (BIAC) and Chairman of AISCA, the Italian Associationof the Secretaries of the Board of Director.

Tricia Yeoh is CEO of IDEAS (Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs), anindependent public policy think tank in Malaysia, where she has previouslyheld positions of Chief Operating Officer (2013-2017) and Fellow (2017-2020). She is also a PhD candidate at the School of Politics, History andInternational Relations at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus,examining federal-state relations and opposition subnational durability withindominant party authoritarian regimes.She was formerly Research Officer to the Selangor Chief Minister at theSelangor State Government, and has previously served as Director of the ASLICentre for Public Policy Studies. Lars Erik Fredriksson is the Chair of the OECD Working Party on State Ownership andPrivatisation Practices, a body in which he has served as the Swedish delegate since2008. He is also an Investment Director of the Division for State-Owned Enterprisesat the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation in Sweden, a position he has held since2004. He specialises in corporate governance of state-owned enterprises. Lars Erikhas extensive experience in SOE ownership, including dealing with corporatisation,kprivatisation, starting new SOEs, setting up ownership policies, setting financialtargets, board recruitment and board work. He is currently a non-executive directorin seven SOEs in three countries. He holds a B.Soc.Sc. degree from UppsalaUniversity.
