Overview
The Program Administrator will:
• Work towards the goal of a complete count of all Cook County residents in the 2020 Census
• Focus on hard-to-count populations around Cook County
• Provide an even focus on hard-to-count residents in the City of Chicago and in the surrounding suburbs
• Base decisions and marketing techniques on data and input from key stakeholders
• Take an asset-based approach to community engagement that puts residents at the center of all decisions
• Work to create synergies and collaboration between stakeholders with a vested interest in a complete count to maximum effect and minimize costs
• Be in constant communication with the Complete Count Census Commission, the Board of Commissioners, and other key stakeholders throughout the County
