Demister Pad

HMB Demister is a professional manufacturer engaged in producing and exporting of demister pads and mist eliminators of various types. Major materials for making of demister filters cover stainless steel wire, copper wire, Monel wire, fiber glass and other fine materials. Demisters are classified into Standard Type, High Efficiency Type, High Permeability Type and Shock Absorption Type according to the features of filters.

According to its metal materials differences, our demister pads can be stainless steel demisters, copper wire demisters, etc.Carry over of liquid particulate matter by gas or vapour is generally termed as "Entrainment", which is commonly encountered in Gas-Liquid seperations. The Demister Pad is an entrainment eliminator, manufactured exclusively by HMB. It is specially designed and fabricated from knitted wire of metallic or synthetic materials, to suit specific process configuration in existing or new equipment. When properly installed, the Demister Pad achieves 99.9% separation efficiency with minimum pressure drop.

Welded Wire mesh

Weld mesh is one of the most versatile of all Wire Cloth products. Weld mesh is a welded steel wire mesh manufactured from bright drawn mild steel wire, electrically welded at all intersections. It is produced with a copper washed finish and can be hot dip galvanized after manufacture. Because it is welded, it can be cut or bent to the shapes required without the wires falling apart and forms its own selvage when cut flush.Weld mesh is available in panels in a variety of wire diameters and meshes up to 8”.The physical properties of the wires are rigidly controlled to produce a welded mesh which has maximum weld strength. Concertina Wire

We manufacture and supply premium quality Concertina Coil which is a modern day Barbed Wire but it differs from the older version due to its excellent quality and long lasting ability. We use premium raw material to manufacture Punched Tape Concertina Coil which undergoes stringent tests to ensure its strength and efficiency. Our Punched Tape Concertina Coil is made up of high tensile wire with numerous sharp-edged barbs fitted at regular intervals. This makes our Punched Tape Concertina Coil the perfect product to use for security reasons.

Designing & technical details :Punched Tape Concertina Coil is made up of a core wire of low carbon steel strip having width of 19 mm wide and thickness of 0.5 mm and a high carbon spring steel. It has a chain of sharp barbs punched on both sides of the strip at regular intervals along its length. The punched tape and the core wire are electro galvanized to provide protection against outdoor exposure. The punched tape is mechanically curled over the core wire and then coiled. At various parts of the margin of the coil, steel clips connect the individual turns of the coil to each other. Two handles and one spike are given on each side of the spirals to allow easy handling and anchoring of the coil to the ground. The length of the obstacle formed by the coil when opened up is 15 m, with an effective height of 915 mm. The Punched Tape Concertina Coil weighs approximately 15.2 Kg. Each coil is wound with bituminized Hessian cloth to provide protective packing.
