- Objective: replacing old thermostats for

Wisuite smart energy technology.

- Project Start Date: Nov 20th 2015

- Project End Date: Dic 7th 2015

- Labor Days: 13

GENERAL INFORMATION

Simplified Procedure: (two electricians and one project coordinator on site).

1. Remove fan coil lid.2. Check fan coil fan speeds., valve operation, filter, and electrical in/outputs.3. Install a 3 piece relay board.4. Install Leveled Back Plate5. Install Wisuite Thermostat6. Re check coil fan speeds,, valve operation, filter, and electrical in/outputs.7. Check Thermostat Connectivity, verify MAC address. 8. Wipe Door frame & Install Door Sensor.

- Units Installed: 393- Number of Rooms: 359- Installation Time: 95 hrs.- Transport Time: 20 hrs. - Breaks: 10 hrs.- Man Hours: 360 hrs.- Labor Hours: 125 hrs.

The “In” is the temperature of the room we our team walked in the room,the “Out” represents the temperature after installation process, when the team hasexited the room. This helps create a notion of the ammount of energy being saved.

List of equipment left uninstalled:

- 420 Transformers

- 10 Back Plates

- 10 Relay Boards & Snap Tracks

- 27 Door Sensors

- 11 Spare Thermostats

The outcome of the project has been successful, a highpercentage of the target ammount of units was reached well

within the requested timeline, with minimal technicaldifficulties encountered.

No major concerns were reported by the hotel, our teamconducted itself in the most professional manner, assuring

guest disturbance was held down to a minimun.
