There are 12 standard workshops with advanced machinery, 2 in-house automaticpowder coating line and one PE-coating line.

Successfully passed ISO9001:2000 ,ISO14001 & BSCI audit.With more than 800 sets of wire and metal processing machine. Our current

production capacity is 350 x40ft containers per month.Warehouse capacity 40 containers.

Advanced machinery & technologyWe have in-house Wire drawing and tube making, as well as our own printing, plasticcomponent and chrome factories in stead of out sourcing or subcontract, our cost isusually 10% less than our competitors.Lower raw material cost

1. We usually combine all of our factories material purchasing together, and get somediscount from our suppliers because of the huge purchase volume.

2. We have a team in our finance dept. to monitor the trend of raw material price, andmake some stock (1-3 month) when the price is at the low level.
