Growth Plans

This expansion will provide the career progression and opportunity, within a

truly meritocratic, service-led environment that Energize has

become renowned for.

Energize is forecasted to reach revenues of £15 million by 2017. To achieve this, we intend to hire

an additional 30 staff.

This exciting period of growth will see Energize move into new offices and create new divisions, whilst continuing to develop

our existing infrastructure, facilities, and most importantly, our people.

January 2014 saw the launch of our company strategy years in the planning. Directors Gavin Jones and Craig Molloy, together with the Management Team, formally unveiled a new focus for Energize, placing the delivery of exemplary customer service as our primary duty.

Published in February's Recruiter magazine (issuu.com/redactive/docs/recfeb14), Energize co-founder and Managing Director Gavin Jones outlined a ‘professional services’ manifesto, advocating a metric to measure client and candidate satisfaction, driving up standards of service within the industry.

Energize are one of few recruitment consultancies within the UK to implement the customer loyalty metric Net Promoter Score®. This formula gives each section of customer survey data a unique score that can be measured and 'benchmarked' across businesses and industries. Energize believe that the next decade will define recruitment consultancies on not only their technical proficiency, but also their attention to customer care. As more agencies adopt this approach, competition for talent will increase, resulting in the 'professional services' the REC is lobbying for.

Kevin Green of the REC visited Energize to discuss recruitment as a professional services industry, benchmarking service levels and the importance of a good customer experience for clients and candidates.

To measure, monitor and quantify the quality of our recruitment service and success of the strategy, Energize surveys our clients and candidates in areas including Market Knowledge and Communication, accumulating the hundreds of feedback scores and original opinions. This invaluable data helps us make tangible investments and improvements in training, processes and more.

Promotion structures, metrics and Incentive targets were overhauled to empower our Consultants with delivering the best possible service to our clients and candidates. This means transparency at every stage of the recruitment process, an improved attention to detail at the specification stage, and a greater emphasis on client and candidate care.

As part of our Company Strategy Energize are proud to focus our fundraising efforts as an Official Partner of The Christie NHS Trust.

The Christie is the largest cancer center in Europe and treats more than 40,000 patients each year, serving 3.2 million people across Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Energize pledge to support The Christie with various initiatives throughout 2015, including event sponsorship, payroll giving and employee fundraising.

Our inaugural Charity Auction in December 2014 raised more than £2,500 for our fundraising partner; generously-donated prizes included a Real Madrid shirt signed by Cristiano Ronaldo, and shirt and football signed by the Manchester United squad. This capped a fine year of fundraising from our staff, taking part in the Virgin London Marathon, the BUPA Great Manchester Run, the Great North Run and the Wilmslow half marathon; as well as monthly dress-down days, bake sales and much more!
