3. Turn in a completed PASSPORT BINGO card at the Minnesota SCI Membership
Booth by 6:45 PM on Saturday, February 23 to be eligible to win $500.
4. Only one PASSPORT BINGO card per paid registered Member or Guest will be
eligible for the prize drawing. Winner will be announced on Saturday, February
23 during the Live Auction. Need not be present to win.
Rules of the Auction
1. The auctioneer has the final authority in determining the final bid of an item. 2. In some cases, two items may be offered for sale. If that is the
case, the top two bidders will each be offered the item at the highest bid price.
3. The successful high bidder agrees to pay the amount bid for that item following the sale on the night of the auction. Payment may
be made by cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all Live Auction transactions paid for via credit card.
4. A Purchased Hunt / Merchandise Agreement will be brought to the winning bidder listing the hunt or item and the bid/purchase price.
5. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. Bidders, who plan to substitute or change hunt dates, change hunted species, or any other hunt detail, should make prior arrangements with the donor.
Special notes to remember:
African Hunts: If you’re interested in bidding on an African Safari and are unfamiliar with the daily fee/trophy fee system outfitters use, please talk to an SCI member who has been there or one of the outfitters prior to the auction to make sure you understand what is and what is NOT included in the donation. As always, all sales are final.
All Hunts: Unless otherwise stated, assume that the license/tag fees are not included in the donations. Also, unless stated, it is the hunter’s responsibility to apply for and secure licenses, confirm dates with the outfitter and take the hunt/trip for the time period listed in the description of the donation on the auction bill.
Minnesota SCI offers no warranty for the quality of trips, hunts, or merchandise purchased at live or silent auctions or awarded by drawing and cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer, prize winner, or donor. We do our best to offer quality donations.

Los Hermanos Outfitting guides our duck hunting clients in the State of Nayarit, Mexico. We are the only outfitters hosting American hunters for ducks in the entire State of Nayarit! We have exclusive access to thousands of acres of the finest waterfowl habitat in North America. Blue, and green-winged teal, cinnamon teal, pintails, gadwalls, widgeons, two species of tree ducks, and a variety of diver duck species. We find that USA hunters really like to hunt white-winged doves. Unlike the Northern States of Mexico where the white-winged doves migrate South in great numbers, our doves stay here and many of the migrators join them from November to February. We find that morning hunts are the most productive. On average hunters will shoot eight to fifteen boxes on a morning hunt and in the afternoon five to ten boxes. Some of our guests really enjoy fishing the expansive mangrove marshes. We target several species including snook, corvina, mangrove snapper, and a multitude of other species. Includes all meals, lodging, airport pickup and return, Soda, bottled water, beer, and margaritas, guide service and bilingual hosts. Not included duck license and dove license $75 each and shotgun shells $16 per box.
