We believe in God, the Father Almighty,
who sent Jesus the Christ, overcoming death for us.
We believe in Jesus, who is meeting us on every path; who is calling us by name, calming our fears, and bidding
us walk and talk as children of the Light;
We believe in the Holy Spirit who gathers us together, and breathes new life into our dead and tired
places.
We believe we are being called to be Easter people --challenging despair
with glowing hope, acting peacefully in the midst of painful good Fridays,
and living joyfully.
We believe in the church -- acting as an instrument of God in this
present moment.
We believe that whoever believes in Him will never die, but have
everlasting life.
Easter Offering
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin
against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and forever.
Amen.
