WHAT’S INSIDE:
February 2014
Wow, January has flown by! Remember no school days would be a great time to work on 4-H exhibits for county fair. How many no school days have we had? Committees have started fair book changes and this year there will be some changes.
Remember you can access the 4-H Project Hot Sheets on the internet at http://www.extension.iastate.edu/4h/projects. Check out this link, you can even find fair exhibit ideas to get you started.
If someone is not getting the newsletter most likely they need to enroll in 4-H through 4-H Online. Have them give me a call office 515-532-3543 or cell 515-825-8232 or email [email protected]
Allison Lyons our part-time assistant has resigned. She worked with 4-H Online, make sure to contact me for all your 4-H Online question and I will do my best to figure it out.

We also wanted to share that the registration cost for this year’s conference has been set as well. Delegate registration costs will be $175 per person. This is the same fee for both youth and adults and covers 2 nights of lodging, 7 meals, 3 keynote speakers, transportation for workshops and community service, facility rental, 2 dances, and a t-shirt, among other supports and services.
