WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM AN APPRENTICESHIP WITH WSP | PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF? A degree apprenticeship with WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff offers you the chance to kick start your career.

The degree apprenticeship involves a structured learning programme of in-company training and university teaching. You will study towards either a BEng Civil Enigneering or BEng Building Services degree over a five year period on either a block or day release basis. Your line manager will support you in your role and introduce you to the business and any information you may need.

You will have the opportunity to learn new skills using specialist software, take concepts, ideas and designs to engineers with the prospect to work on real life projects that could include Paramount (a £2.5bn theme park), London Bridge Station or the Mall of Egypt (featuring an indoor snow park) with the chance to visit and see the projects come to life.

You will join a friendly and inclusive culture with plenty of opportunities to socialise and make new friends. We have social committees across our UK offices with past events organised including office Olympics (including “welly wanging”), go karting, BBQs, opera trips and of course the annual Christmas parties!

Within your first three months you will attend a two day induction event where you will be introduced to the other apprentices you will be working with to help to grow your network of contacts across the UK business. Last year our apprentice induction included a trip to GoApe.
