Winter has struck and it is hard to keep your motivation level high and to keep up with yourtraining sessions. During winters you will notice more craving to splurge. At the end of the day you might gorgeon lot of sweets and snacks to satisfy your hunger pangs. During winters due to lack of sunlightyour body release less serotonin , which is a mood lifting chemical. Sweet carbs increase yourserotonin level easily that is why you crave for chocolates more during winters. Try to stick witha healthy carbs and lean protein diet to stay fit during winters and control your hunger pangs.
