Prescriptive programs

Predetermined rebate amounts and related savings for various energy-saving technologies

No preapproval required

Qualifying technologies are listed on the rebate applications

Included programs: Lighting – Retrofit and

New Construction

Small Business Lighting (≤ 400kW demand)

Cooling

Motors and variable frequency drives

Lighting Efficiency, Small Business Lighting

Rebates range from $1 per lamp to $275 per fixture

T8 fluorescent rebates, high efficiency ballasts (www.cee1.org) T12 - T8 retrofits: require HE ballasts with ≤ .85 low ballast factor:

$13 - $22 per fixture

T8 de-lamping retrofits: $12 - $26 per fixture

High-bay T8 (retrofit, new construction): $12 - $210 per fixture

Pulse-Start and Ceramic Metal Halide Fixture rebates (retrofit, new construction): $8 - $140

Screw-in and hardwired CFLs: $1 per lamp to $35 per fixture

Custom Efficiency lighting opportunities require pre-approval

Proportion of program energy use reduction increasing for T12 to T8s, T8 High Bay, Low Watt T8 Lamps, Screw-in CFLs

LED Lighting Addition to Colorado Lighting Efficiency and Small Business Programs

Provide prescriptive rebates for the following types of LED Lighting Interior lighting applications

Screw-in or Pin-based Lamps: $20-30/lamp, retrofit and new construction – ENERGY STAR qualified only.

Downlight Fixtures: $100-125/fixture retrofit, $50-75 NC – ENERGY STAR qualified only.

Outdoor lighting applications Store Canopy & Soffit Lighting: $275/fixture retrofit, $150

NC; no ENERGY STAR requirement

Refrigerated Case Lighting LED strip lighting: $100/door retrofit, $70/door NC
