Room Costs• The SF Convention Host Committee is providing a $30.00 dollar a night subsidy for
the first 200 people who book their rooms (suites excluded) at the Holiday Inn Golden Gate.
• The process for receiving this subsidy will be the same as marking a reservation. The hotel will keep track of the number of people that have made reservations and will charge individuals appropriately and charge the master account for the additional $30.00 dollars.

ADA Compliance
• The meeting rooms & guest rooms are ADA compliant.
• A total of 13 guest rooms are ADA compliant. Of the thirteen, seven of these have roll-in showers and the rest have chairs for bathing.
• The suites are wheelchair accessible.

Alcohol & Food Policy
• Due to licensing and insurance requirements, all food and beverage to be served on Hotel property must be supplied and prepared by Hotel. In addition, no remaining food or beverage shall be removed from the premises. At the conclusion of the function, such food and beverage becomes the property of Hotel.
• Food and beverage prices are subject to a 20% service charge and applicable taxes.
• Personal food and beverages may be taken to guest rooms (but no outside catering)
Suite Requests
• A limited number of suites can be reserved for the convention. To request a suite, please email Abigail Trebilcock, YDA by the Bay Logistics Director, at [email protected]
• We will review each request but we do not anticipate that the suite capacity will be adequate for the number of requests we receive. The San Francisco Convention Committee will do our best to prioritize and accommodate the guests who request suites.
